if you're looking for same peace and quiet by the pool, forget it: it's noisy because it is right next to the motorway.
the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell due to an inadequate ventilation system.
it took five days to repair a towel rack.

Great Location & Good Breakfast, but EXTREMELY Poor Staff Attitude

The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of dishes, fresh fruits, and hot drinks.

Cons:

The staff’s attitude was very disappointing. None of them were particularly nice or welcoming; they all seemed nervous and on edge. Most of our inquiries were met with unfriendly facial expressions and attitude, which was extremely annoying.

Last night, when we were leaving the hotel, we asked for help with our luggage, and the response was simply, “I am alone here, I cannot help.” This was very disappointing and not the level of service you would expect from a hotel.

La posizione centralissima, la struttura, il comfort e la tranquillità che si respira in ogni angolo, la presenza di numerosi servizi tra i quali un bellissimo ristorante, una pizzeria, un bar, piscine esterne ed una palestra attrezzatissime, la cordialità e la gentilezza dello staff, il comfort e la spaziosità delle camere letto, la pulizia generale ed infine la colazione eccezionale, rendono l’Occidental Puerto Banús un Hotel fantastico!
