Good location.
Pros:

Location is great if need a quick stopover at Milan Central train station. Room is good size and nicely renovated.

Cons:

Have to walk down a set of stairs to get to reception. And then up again to leave. Aircon wasn’t cold

Great station location, fantastic staff
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much to ask for. Helped us with calls we needed to make in Italian too. Wonderful stay and clean rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast room was quite small and chaotic but nothing too troublesome. There were no teaspoons for tea or a bin for your tea bags so that could be improved.

Pros:

家族4人で2部屋、3泊利用しました。

駅から近く、とても便利な立地でした。

お部屋は、洗面台やお風呂が広く、特に女性2人でも使いやすい造りになっていて、動線もしっかり考えられていると感じました。その点はとても良かったです。

ただ、残念だったのがアメニティです。
スリッパとバスローブが、毎日それぞれ1つずつしか用意されていませんでした。

4人で利用していることは予約時から分かっていると思うので、人数分を用意していただきたかったです。
「人数はきちんと把握されているのかな？」と少し疑問に感じました。

設備や立地は良かっただけに、こうした基本的な部分はきちんと対応していただけると、より快適に過ごせると思います。
