Pros:

Muy buen hotel, moderno, a metros de la estacion central.
El bus desde malpensa te deja a 100 mts del hotel. Hay metro, trenes y buses para movilizarse.
La habitacion y baños super amplios y confortables.
Limpieza 10 puntos. Todo impecable.
Muy buen desayuno buffet.
Pudimos dejar las valijas el la consigna al hacer el check out y volvimos a la tarde a buscarlas.

Pros:

The only aspect that justifies its four-star rating is the location. It is conveniently situated close to the train station, making it easy to get around.

Cons:

The overall level of service was disappointing. The staff were neither friendly nor attentive, and our requests were handled slowly.
The building itself also seemed to have poor soundproofing. I could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms as well as noise from the hallway, which made it somehow difficult to relax. Also, the safety box was not usable. The hotel staff should have checked it before guests’ checking in.
