Buena solo por el detalle del la señora del desayunador que ya lo expliqué arriba

Puedo decir que el desayuno estaba muy rico , solo que la señora que está a cargo fue muy grosera. Mi hija tiene lecionada la mano y cuando fue al contenedor donde estaban los huevos accidentalmente se le fue la tapa para atrás , llegué yo para ayudarle en eso se acercó esa señora grosera y nos quitó ni pidió permiso
Casi nos empujó y no dejó que tomaríamos los huevos con el tocino porque llego a subirle la tapa al container , después yo estaba sirviéndome huevos y llegó otra vez a quitarme porque según ella hiba a poner más comida, otra vez estaba calentado un pan en el tostador y de igual manera , llegó a quererme quita, creo que la manera en que debió actuar no fue la ideal siempre todo el tiempo encima mi camino , me arruinó el desayuno , deberían poner personal educado y amable en el desayunador, no ese tipo de gente que más parecía racista ,grosera y sin profesionalismo ,pienso que el cliente está pagando por un servicio el cual debería recibir buena atención, no me gustó que me trataran mal a mis hijos y a mí .

Pros:

The room was very clean. The only thing I would "nit pick" about is the bathroom door was so close to the toilet. Had to literally squeeze in to go to the bathroom & I did not like the fact that the sink was outside the bathroom. But, overall clean & comfortable.

The bathroom door was so close to the toilet, you had to literally squeeze in to go to the bathroom. Also, when I booked the room, I wanted the "Mountain vview", our room did not have the Mountain room like we thought.

Great stay. The TV in my first room did not work but the staff moved me to another similiar room immediately.

Rough night.
Pros:

Near attraction we wanted to see.
Convenient layover on a long drive.
Front desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

Room was dated.
Mattress springs felt worn.
There was a low squeaky noise that woke us during the night. Thought it may be the refridgerator compressor or guests in the adjoining room. It wasn't. Oddly enough, I put pressure on the wall near the TV and the noise stopped.
Couldn't get a good night's sleep after that.

Pros:

I liked the hot tub and pool, we also used the washing machines and dryers, which went smoothly, I didn’t have to pay the full deposit as my card didn’t work, only part of it in cash

They took care of us. I requested 2 queens and it was a king, he exchanged and didn't charge, but the pool and facilities were a little lacking

Pleasant stay, clean pool area. Food was good. Scrambled eggs not great. Most was very good.
Pros:

Friendly greeting by the check in staff. Helpfulness of all the staff when we had questions about breakfast items, I offered to clean the breakfast table one morning, but she offered and did it for us. Got whole milk out when there wasn't any left. Answered questions about the jacuzzi and pool.

Cons:

Friday night, noise in the hallway. Some people were talking loudly, another person banging on a door near us loud, asking to be let in. Noise in the hall, up until about midnight. It was too easy to hear inside our room. First night into the next day, one trash can was overflowing on Thursday into Friday. A more regular check might be needed.
