Cons:

My only criticism is in relation to the toilet. Toilet is too low with a very cheap plastic seat. Thin toilet paper.
Why? Need to use twice as much so it is not cost-effective

Clean, comfortable place to stay in a great location.
Pros:

Nice clean rooms, overall very tidy and clean. Great with the free parking onsite as everything around Cairns is paid parking. The hotel is great if you have younger kids as it is right opposite a playground. Its also on a short walk to the Cairns esplanade and is a little more quiet than staying right on the esplanade. I would stay here again and can recommend it.

Great large space- kid friendly
Pros:

Location was central to everything and being across the road from muddys playground was amazing for the kids. The room was really large so the kids could run around and expend some energy before bed.

Cons:

For the size of the room, the bathroom was very pokey. We also found that a lot of water spilled out of the shower due to its design which was a slip hazard.

Our favourite hotel in Cairns
Pros:

This was our 5th visit to the hotel and it never disappoints. Our suite was spacious with a fabulous sea view and spotlessly clean. Water pressure in the shower is fantastic and the bed is comfortable. Staff were all friendly and each year we see improvements to facilities to keep the hotel updated.

Cons:

We would really love to have a toaster in the room.

Great location, large room, comfortable beds, everything great except the aircon old moisture smell.
