Bon hôtel bien situé
Pros:

L’emplacement et la proximité des attractions. Le petit-déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

L’hôtel était très bien mais malgré que nous ayons réservé une suite junior pour 3 personnes, la chambre a été préparée pour 2 personnes. Avant de quitter l’hôtel en fin de journée (nous sommes arrivés vers 18h30) pour aller manger, nous avons demandé à ce que le canapé-lit soit préparé, mais en rentrant rien n’était fait. À la réception, on nous a répondu que les draps se trouvaient sous le canapé et que nous devions faire le lit nous-mêmes. Un oubli peut arriver, c’est sûr mais un petit geste ou des excuses pour l’oubli auraient été appréciées. Payer pour 3 et recevoir le service pour 2 personnes est un peu rude (il n’y avait que deux linges de bain).

Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto.

Ho apprezzato d'aver ricevuto in camera del prosecco in occasione del mio compleanno. Pensiero gentile coordinato dal manager dell'hotel.

Cons:

Non ci è piaciuto dover consegnare le chiavi dell'auto alla reception (in quanto avevamo il posto auto presso l'hotel). Non eravamo stati informati di questa procedura.
