Schöne Unterkunft - sehr gutes Frühstück - beste Lage - Top
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badewanne hat 4 Düsen (Whirlpool?) und die Dusche ist sehr eng. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch für einen Pragbesuch und das Frühstück übertraf unsere Erwartungen.

Pros:

Spacious room and bathroom

Cons:

We were unable to adjust the AC for our comfort and they gave a fan which did not help. All these hotels need to allow individual room adjustments as guests should not have to be uncomfortable

Очень удачное расположение. Центр Праги . Метро рядом . Лидл за углом. До Часов и Моста пару минут ходьбы. Хороший завтрак!
Для трёхместных номеров отдельный зал без шума , дыма , с лёгкой музыкой и шампанским. Брали трёхместный номер на двоих и на одного. Номера по 60 метров. Вид на Вацлавскую. Супер.

Вот тут началось...
Матрас на кровати пружинный и давно убитый.. . Я при своём росте и весе бился копчиком об фанеру, когда садился на кровать.
Ну ребята, пять звёзд, всё супер, а главное всё таки кровать. Подушка по сравнению с другими европейскими отелями чуть получше . Заявленый центральный кондиционер отсутствовал, то есть он когда-то был , но видимо его решили не восстанавливать, а заменить на передвижной. Гремел он отменно. Летом бы мы намаялись с ним , однако были в сентябре и было не жарко. Увеличительная лампа в ванной висела на соплях и оторвалась от стены , оюнажая провода . Мы обратились на рецепшен , лампу повесили обратно на сопли , но она уже не горела. Мы после этого не стали рисковать и не прикасались к ней больше.
Теперь о важном! Выдали ключ от минибара , что само по себе было подозрительно... И наши подозрения подтвердились . Друзья, закрывайте минибар на ключ !!!
Мы не закрывали и нам насчитали 500 крон, за выпитые напитки , которых мы не трогали вообще . У нас был свой алкоголь и даже оставили им лишнее пиво при выезде.
Вот такой дурной осадок под конец отпуска.
Ну да ладно. Мелочи.

The location was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. We were given a large, very clean room overlooking the main street, which we were very happy with. The hotel staff were very polite, friendly, and provided excellent service.

Although the hotel is an older property, it has been very well renovated and maintained. Overall, we had one of our best travel experiences in Prague and were very satisfied with our stay.

Cons:

The only negative point was that the hotel required a deposit at check-in, which I felt was unnecessary.
