Far better and safer hotels to stay at
Pros:

I liked that there were sausage links at breakfast.

Cons:

Basically, my whole stay experience here.I didn't recieve the room I booked with a whirlpool tub in it, and wasn't refunded for the whole room price like I should have been(I could have stayed at a different hotel closer to downtown duluth in a normal room for the price)also I almost cut my foot in the bathroom in the room due to the failing tile grout in the room. When you walk in the hotel, you are greeted by a gross carpeted ledge above the door with an inch of dust in the corner of it(an asthmatics nightmare).

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful

Cons:

Was given a key to a room that someone else was staying, had to go back and ask for a different room. Room smelled bad, didn't feel like they were clean. Carpet had a smell to it. Facility in general was okay but they do did not keep it nice and clean. The front desk staff was not friendly or had good customer service. When given a room that was alredy occupied they didn't apologize.

I had a great room and experience. Can't wait to stay in a jacuzzi suite again soon.

Good but nothing spectacular.
Pros:

The hotel is an aged Country Inn & Suites turned Sleep Inn. It shows it age and wear here and there throughout but it's okay. The breakfast was the usual free breakfast. Food made in some warehouse somewhere and slapped out for travelers. It's fine.

Cons:

Front desk employees were okay but one guy had ear buds in and always seemed to be talking to someone and not paying attention to guests.
Price was way high.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Hot tub worked great and fit 2 people well.

Cons:

Pillows were junk. The front desk charged our card twice and it was caught by my wife not the hotel.
