Beautiful property, comfortable beds, and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. I walked around in socks for a short time and they were covered in dog hair, which made it obvious the floors had not been cleaned properly. I’m allergic to dogs, so that also explained why I experienced itching and puffy eyes during my stay. With better attention to cleanliness, this place would have been a much better experience.

The room was set up like a small studio

Cons:

House keeping didn’t do a great job there was hair left on the bathroom floor, black hair visibly in the wash clothes, the soap dispenser wash not filled - empty. The A/C did not work in room 319. After paying over 200 per night I had to request a FAN. Ridiculous! It was brought to the attention of the staff and I was told I’d be getting a call from management to compensate me but we all know that hasn’t happened and won’t happen. They already got the money so why would they care.
