Crummy
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The room had such high humidity it was extremely uncomfortable. Didn’t have a different room to offer and no maintenance available.
Major construction in the lobby, breakfast area, and half of the downstairs. Like half a dozen toilets sitting in the hallway on the main floor.
Elevators: one out of order and the other one continuously having to be reset. Ended up using the stairs to get to and from the room, on the 5th floor.

Very comfortable..
Pros:

We checked in at midnight. The stat was good. The gal that checked us in was very nice!!!! She was wonderful with the way she handled the rude customer ahead of us.

Cons:

The elevator was not working properly but they had it fixed in no time.

Overall I would stay again.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a variety and was good. The staff when arriving and departing was very nice.

Cons:

The renovation I understand was necessary but very inconvenient. The elevator at times did not work and we had to carry all of our bags down the stairs.

The food was horrible. The food cold, the waffles was hard, fruit taste sour and presentation suck! No table cloth, just thrown together.fire alarm went off and one of the workers said it was not real as we going down the stairs with no elevator working. Ask for handicap room without tub and they gave me a room with tub. I have a bad hip stay was not good.

Decent
Pros:

The pool was clean, breakfast was fresh each morning, the room was nice. I appreciated housekeeping cleaning on a daily basis and the friendly staff.

Cons:

The renovations, the exposed floors, lack of caution signs, the duck tape and the malfunctioning of the elevator. At times it felt unsafe due to its lack of consistently working.
