Wonderful experience
Pros:

The staff could not be friendlier or do enough for you. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. The room was large and very spacious and the pools were wonderful.

Neřekl bych přímo nelíbilo. Ale byly části, ktere by si zasloužili renovaci. Snídaně dobrá, ale v rámci jiných hotelů four seasons lehce podprůměrná. Vzhledem ke stavu hotelu by mohla být cena o něco nižší

Amazing as ever
Pros:

This was my third stay at the Four Seasons Singapore, and I honestly didn't think they could top the last two – but they did. The rooms are just beautiful: quiet, spacious, and with that effortless elegance that makes you feel at home the second you walk in. Service felt like old friends looking after us – never overbearing, always one step ahead. And Nobu? We booked twice because the first dinner was so good we couldn't resist going back. The black cod is still as memorable as ever. This hotel has become a tradition, and I already can't wait for visit number four.

Unfortunately, I have been experiencing significant noise from kids and door-slamming, which has made it very difficult to sleep and rest. As a result, I don’t feel I can continue my stay and checked out earlier than planned.

- The room was beautifully designed, with a modern and comfortable atmosphere.

- The hotel lobby was elegant, spacious, and provided a relaxing environment.

- The receptionist who welcomed me upon arrival was exceptionally warm, professional, and helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and created a wonderful first impression of the hotel.

I especially appreciated the wake-up service, which included coffee and cake. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the experience feel more personal and memorable.

Cons:

- The 24-hour room service menu was quite limited,and the portion sizes were inconsistent and varied noticeably from one day to another for the same items.

- The laundry service lacked clear communication. I specifically requested that my cleaned clothes be placed back in my room, but this request was not followed. As I had a flight afterward, this caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay.

- I was also disappointed with the service provided by the front desk staff on the night of 30 June. I requested a late check-out for the following day and clearly stated that I was willing to pay the applicable fee, not asking for a complimentary extension.
However, my request was declined on the basis that the hotel was fully occupied. The following morning, the day-shift staff approved the same request without any issue. This inconsistency, along with the way my request was handled by the night-shift receptionist, was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I expected.

Five star stay
Pros:

What a wonderful stay! Staff were friendly and responsive and the service was impeccable. Loved the notes from housekeeping staff and the tips from staff in the club lounge.
I would highly recommend a room with club lounge access. A fantastic quiet space with lovely champagne and local foods to try - loved the Kaya toast!Only dampener was families with children in the lounge - I have nothing against children at all but in such an intimate space next to the adults only pool it was quite intrusive.
