It was clean and the rooms were large.

Cons:

Expensive for what you get. Right next to the elevated train so very loud at intervals. Neighborhood was a bit dicey. Parking not real close. Hard to unload as parking in front is spaces.

The beds were made up excellent & extremely clean! Nice job there!

Cons:

Rates (game day) were unreasonable vs property decor.
Smell as you enter front door of hotel. Thank goodness it did not carry over to room. Need better 1st impression!

Great room and cool vibe with excellent location.
Pros:

The location was perfect. We went to concert and there was amazing access to the train. Lots of places to grab a bite and really great record store within walking distance. The room was small but decent and clean with a great artsy vibe.

Cons:

It was nice to have access to off street parking a block away but I wish it had been clear that was un upcharge.
