Stay is great and staff is amazing.
Pros:

Staff, customer service and comfort are A+ plus. Bartenders and service wonderful and very friendly. Willie always make my stay fun and joyful. Hotel is clean, welcoming and friendly. Shuttle driver are amazing ,very friendly and helpful. Food is never disappointing. Love the meatballs and Caesar salad. Always looking forward to my stay and seeing the friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast eggs not my favorite. But I always eat at the little cafe. Great breakfast bagel, fresh fruits and delicious tasting coffee..

Pros:

Staff was accommodating.

Cons:

Someone had my key and was opening my door at 3am. Luckily i had the door catch on. After I slammed it shut my room phone rang once. Something is shady and amiss at this hotel. Beware!!!

Interesting. Not horrible, not great, just interesting.
Pros:

The staff was as helpful as possible, given there was a storm the day of check-in and their system went down. Still, the hostess and facilities engineer tried their best to accommodate everyone.

Cons:

The hotel needs some updating. Clearly looks worn and hasn't been refreshed since opening. Also, the door peep hole is abnormally high and the toilet was abnormally low. Plus, the breakfast in the morning was cold. Gross, cold egges.

It was close to the airport and the price was competitive.

Cons:

This is an old hotel in desperate need of renovation. I chose this hotel based on the reputation of the Crowne Plaza name. To say that it didn't meet my expectations is an understatement.
