Confortable, amigable, y céntrica
Pros:

Me complacieron con la solicitud de una habitación con vista al volcán.
El personal fue muy amable, tanto el de servicio como el del restaurante. Muy buena ubicación, y la zona es bastante segura. Se puede cambiar por los alrededores sin temor. Cerca hay lugares de comida, la plaza del lado tiene buenos establecimientos, cines, restaurantes, y hay un Walmart muy cerca.

Cons:

En las mañanas se complicaba desayunar porque hay poco personal para atender a tantas personas que se hospedan en el hotel. Tuve que hacer largas filas para poder desayunar dos días durante mi estancia.

El sabado por la noche estaba un sr mayor poco atento no saludo y no nos permitió estacionarnos afuera del lobbynos dijo q nos fuéramos al estacionamiento siendo ya las 12 de la noche :( ya era nuestra segunda noche en el hotel .
