Had a good time but lack of housekeeping and pool jacuzzi was a bit disappointing

The staff were really nice! It was on the beach

Cons:

The house keeping inability to get towels. Breakfast was cold. I think they advertised indoor out door pool / jacuzzi but there was only a lazy river available it seemed.

Good location; the place needs a lot of work in the maintenance department.

Beach access, confortable beds, adequate breakfast. The people were very nice who worked there.

Cons:

This hotel needs an overhaul. There was only one working elevator for the whole hotel. It has been out for a while I understand, When we went to our room the refrigerator was warm. When the maintenance replaced it, he did not install it correctly and every time we opened the fridge it felt like it would fall over. The lights between the beds were broken and did not work, The lightbulb was out in the lamp. The washing machine broke while we were there and there were no beach towels available. The carpet was filthy.

Property is extremely outdated. Smell of the interior hallways/ corridors were disgusting. Baseboards were swollen and decaying from pet urine.

I would only go back if I knew the elevators worked and the food was better

We loved the lazy river pool
It was beautiful and very relaxing

Cons:

The elevators did not work. There was only one working. Literally had to wait a good 20 to 30 minutes from the sixth floor to get to the first floor and vice versa.

I would stay here again if the price was right

I loved that it was located directly on the beach and pet friendly, that is very hard to find.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that you can’t drink your own alcohol by the pool. That would probably be the reason that I never come back. I have stayed at many hotels and condos, and I have never had a bartender tell me that I can’t drink my own drink by the pool. It always just has to be not in a glass container. Also the way how the bartender relayed the message rubbed me the wrong way, but thankfully the next day a different bartender was working who was much more pleasant. Also, I didn’t like that I’ve read that the property had a indoor pool and it also had hot tubs, but there was in fact no indoor pool and no hot tubs. They only have the lazy river. I also think it’s crazy that they make you pay for parking. I understand the pet fee, but not paying for parking. To make up for this inconvenience, the least that they could do is provide free breakfast.
