Would not stay again
Pros:

Close to the beach, employees nice the first couple days.

Cons:

The floor is so dirty it made my feet black, I understand dogs are allowed but this is just.. not good. Toilet leaked and clogged first time using. the whole room is just damp and musky. When leaving, the front desk workers were not the kindest either. Last minute planning so I didn’t have many options so this had to do. At least I know for next time👍

Pros:

It was clean and fun

Cons:

The dryer didn’t work and I swiped my card before I knew it. Also the ice machine on my floor didn’t work. It would have been nice if they had out of order signs

Overall, it was a great stay!
Pros:

All the staff, breakfast, and bartenders were amazing!

Cons:

Room was dated. Hallway on 5th floor had some kind of slime on it outside of our room. Balcony door would barely open without use of excessive force. Elevators were clunky with lots of mechanical noises. Multiple people making comments during our stay.

Pros:

The size of the room. Staff changed me per my request so was nice surprise to get the larger unit somewhat facing the water. Thank you for that. Nice boardwalk to the beach too

Cons:

Had a suite. One bathroom wasn't that clean. Furniture in living room pretty old , lamp shade lopsided, no ice on 6th floor.

Great place to take the family!
Pros:

I appreciated the cleanliness of the property, the convenient access to the beach, and the enjoyable lazy river by the pool. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing didn't like was that the bed was too firm.
