Beautiful, comfortable and the best location!
Pros:

It was a perfect location. The room was charming with that old world feel. It was huge! I felt like we were staying in a Bed and Breakfast.

バーボンストリートに近くて便利。部屋も狭過ぎず快適だった。

Cons:

シャワーが固定式でかなり高い位置にある為、浴びにくい。
デポジットでクレジットカードを登録したが、その100ドルはチェックアウト後に戻るとのことだったが、5/25早朝にチェックアウトして、5/27夜、まだ返金されない。同時に不明な91.63ドルも同一のカードから差し引かれ返金されていない。

We will stay again!
Pros:

The location is amazing, just a skip away from all the fun. The staff was very polite every time we seen them. The place was clean and well decorated very casual yet historic.

Cons:

Our shower leaked, but that’s definitely fixable!

arrivés a 23h00 après un vol long courrier la chambre octroyee n était pas fonctionnelle il a fallu déménager . cela aurait du être vérifié .

Great location, right near Bourbon street. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Apparently the Bombay Club closed several months ago! Booking.com still lists the Bombay Club restaurant and music venue as part of the experience, and that was a big reason I chose this hotel. I was really disappointed that it was closed. My room was fine, but overall the property wasn't particularly inspiring.

We enjoyed our break, this a good location for a short stay.
Pros:

The bedroom was a good size and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

I had to stand in a specific spot in the room to connect to WiFi, this was a nuisance

De perfecte lokatie letterlijk op de hoek van Bourbon St. Centrum, steamboat , begraafplaats no.1 allemaal op loop afstand. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede matrassen.

Probably would not stay again due to the above.
Pros:

The location was excellent, staff were friendly and amenable. Hotel was clean and tidy and on-site parking was a bonus.

Cons:

It would have been nice if we were advised at check in that we could also use the facilities like the swimming pool at sister hotels. We were there for 4 nights but the only service to the rooms were to empty the bins and change the towels, however one of those days the dirty towels were taken and not replaced with clean ones.

Location was best part of hotel. Staff were friendly and did what they could to help out. Allowed early check-in.

Cons:

Was very disappointed with quality/cleanliness based on previous positive reviews. Hotel is very run down and rooms were not very clean. Carpets and bedding old and stained. Bathroom barely fit 1 person very small and cramped. Wallpaper falling off walls. Could have been a lovely hotel if kept up - think it has seen better days. Website said there was a bar for evening drinks/snacks but was closed. Cafe for breakfast very small but good food.
