Forced to file a chargeback to get my money back.
Pros:

• The Charge: Immediately debited my account for the highest night + tax months before the stay.
• The Service: Unresponsive. Every email address provided on the confirmation ignored my messages.
• The Broken Promise: Canceled over the phone and received confirmation, but the refund never arrived in the promised 3–5 business day window.
• The Resolution: Had to dispute the charge through my credit card company to get refunded.
A solid 1-star experience. They take your money instantly, but returning it requires a fight.

For a concert in New Orleans at the Joy Theater
Pros:

Balcony. Even though it's small and not as large as in the pictures (only 1 room on each floor looks like that) you will have 2 seats. No side table room but at least you can be outside & hotel has a good location. Believe me if you like a balcony room in New Orleans this is already a big plus. Next time I'll find out what the room #'s are for the bigger balcony spaces since they look really fine.

Pros:

Really is a special place. Beautiful building, attentive staff, amazing atmosphere. Around the block from bourbon Street, but we didnt hear any noise from it. Courtyard was pretty and peaceful. We hope to return someday.

Loved the Pool!
Pros:

The Staff was awesome. And the pool and courtyard were our favorite part.

Cons:

Everything was as expected and we enjoyed our stay. I did not like leaving!

Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Every staff member was professional and friendly. Clean room and grounds, walking distance to everything we came to see.

Cons:

Rain poured in from balcony door. Not hotel's fault, but next time we know not to put any of our belongings by that side of the room.😆

Excellent hotel in a great location
Pros:

My wife & I met my brother & his wife in New Orleans and stayed in this hotel. When we arrived, we were given the room we asked for, no problem there, but we would have liked a different room. Betsy at the front desk went out of her way to accommodate us. She gave us three options to choose from, she even asked one of the doorman to escort us to the rooms for us to inspect. We picked a room, packed our luggage, and then went exploring the Quarter. Later that afternoon, Betsy called to tell us that our luggage had been moved to our new room and when we were ready to come back our keys were ready. Tremendous service all around. Couldn't be happier. Also I want to thank Lonnie for his help on site and with dinner recommendations.
And as a bonus, both the bar and snack bar on premises are top notch. We definitely will return.

Pros:

Courtyard Balcony is beautiful and private. Staff are impeccably helpful. Parking attendants are wonderful. Location is perfect for both French Quarter and greater New Orleans areas.
