Amazing hotel in perfect location
Pros:

We stayed in room 315 which had a window that overlooked the street, it was quiet at nighttime (which was kind of shocking and awesome) and the bed was super comfortable. All of the staff were welcoming and answered any questions we had. Parking is on site and private, which i loved. This hotel is half a block from Bourbon St and easily walkable distance to the French Market. We have stayed in different places before in NOLA but this was by far the best Hotel experience we have had here!

Pros:

It was my partner first trip to New Orleans visiting from Rome and she wanted to stay at a very classic New Orleans style hotel with a balcony, we first walked in and Lonnie greeted us and made it feel at home in Amazing! New Orleans fashion. He showed us everything in the neighborhood the good places to go and it’s a very friendly and amazing human being. It started to rain and he even gave me his umbrella to keep. The staff Derek, Keisha, reggie tonia Nita Betsy all made the trip so memorable I had to write this. I can’t wait to come back to New Orleans and spend time because I felt like family when I was there and that’s the way a good trip should be thank you for everything everyone from Isabella and Henry with love and respect.

I loved everything about this place. It was clean, the pool was clean and also refreshing. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

I just wish there was washer and dryer units but no big deal.

Treasure in the Quarter
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. The valet was very personable and helped us right to pur room after asking. He was more than worth the tip! The property exceeded expectations for the price point for a hotel right in the quarter. We will be staying again!

I love the property location. We were walking distance from everywhere and great street view

Cons:

I think the carpet and curtains should be cleaned and the windows cleaned more often. I understand it’s an older building but they seemed to show really dirty.
