Pros:

Courtyard Balcony is beautiful and private. Staff are impeccably helpful. Parking attendants are wonderful. Location is perfect for both French Quarter and greater New Orleans areas.

We fell in love with Hotel St. Marie and New Orleans!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros:

The staff at the front desk was OVER THE TOP Amazing! Kendra and the gentleman were so kind, nice, helpful, sweet and informative. I cannot stay enough about them. They guided us all over the city which was so nice... to dinner, to outings, sight seeing, etc.! I cannot say enough how kind they were! The Pool area was beautiful!!!!!!!!!!

Cons:

My daughter was bit by a spider of some sort the first night which became infected. The entire hotel (in my opinion) was not clean enough. We were not prepared for the loud music/cars/people etc. that enveloped us until the wee hours of the morning. It was terrible!
Our second room, 607 (I believe) was historical and very beautiful! The balcony, windows, high ceilings were spectacular!
Every single person that we encountered (bell hop, valet) were so very kind!!!!!

A great hotel with big rooms and good clean facilities, in a fantastic location, would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Big well equipped room with a balcony overlooking the street, very close to the famous Bourbon Street.

Cons:

The garbage trucks at 6am in the morning

We loved staying here! Beautiful hotel, Wonderful staff, comfortable room, close to attractions and shopping.

Cons:

If you are looking for a quiet night, you might not like the location. We personally didn’t mind it because it was part of the experience.

It was okay, I would honestly recommend this hotel for the location only
Pros:

The location was excellent, it is right next to bourbon street without the noise, and a walking distance to almost all the attractions we went to.

Cons:

The overnight staff when we checked in was not helpful at all, she just asked for payment, did not provide any more information and was honestly a bit dismissive. The daytime and evening staff was more helpful but how we came in had already left a bad taste. Also, other than the first day, no water was provided in the room
