Nous avons passé une nuit à l’hôtel Mercure de Lyon Centre, le week-end du 17 octobre
Nous avons trouvé une équipe aux petits soins traumatisé par les évènements du week-end. Nous leur avons apporté tout notre soutien, car malgré la situation ils ont été formidables avec nous ainsi qu’avec tous les clients. Bon courage à toute l’équipe. Prenez soin de vous. Encore un grand merci

Très déçu de notre chambre !

Cons:

Chambre limite borgne, petite fenêtre donnant sur un escalier interne et salle de bains pas du tout adaptée aux personnes valides. Selon le réceptionniste, nous avons réservé une chambre pour handicapés. Après contrôle, nous n’avons trouvé aucune remarque à ce sujet et le réceptionniste n’en avait pas grand chose à faire. De plus, merci de mettre les handicapés dans une chambre qui ressemble plus à une cave qu’autre chose. Ils doivent être ravis !!!

Morgenmaden og medarbejdernes service var fortræffelig

Cons:
