Pros:

Très bon emplacement pour visiter et faire du shopping à Lyon.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite. Ce qui nous a dérangé est surtout qu'il y avait une toute petie fenêtre qui en plus donnait sur une cours intérieur.
Ayant déjà été dans cet établissement, nous arions préféré une meilleure chambre.

Tarifs scandaleux !

L’hôtel en lui même est irréprochable et bien situé.

Cons:

La politique tarifaire est un véritable scandale. Nous avons payé 370 € pour une nuit à 2 avec Pdj, soit 116 € de plus que le montant mentionné sur booking le jour même de notre arrivée, au seul motif que nous avons réservé une semaine à l’avance. Il a suffit pour déclencher cette « pigeonnerie » que nous modifions notre réservation pour anticiper d’un jour notre venue pour nous faire littéralement pigeonner. Une chambre à ce prix est une honte. Je me suis fais littéralement escroquer. J’étais un client régulier de MERCURE, et possesseur de la carte ACCOR. Plus jamais, C’est désormais terminé !

Confortável, bem localizado e funcional.
Pros:

O quarto é confortável, muito funcional. Tem uma boa localização, perto do centro histórico. O frigobar, que não gela muito bem foi compensado pelo oferecimento de garrafa de água gelada que você pega a vontade na recepção. O café da manhã era muito bom e a refeição que fizemos no hotel foi muito boa. Ter Netflix na televisão foi outra grata surpresa. Não entramos isso em nenhum outro hotel que ficamos na França.

Cons:

A única coisa que não gostamos foi uma caução de valor superior às três diárias que pagamos, mas que foi devolvida imediatamente após o check-out.
