Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites and an even better time exp
Pros:

I loved the fresh, clean feeling the moment I walked in! Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The full breakfast bar exceeded our expectations, with hot food and a microwave available for reheating. The location was perfect and convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

Cons:

The only disappointment was that during special events, the hotel shuttle doesn’t take you directly to your destination. We were going to AT&T stadium, and although the trolley picked us up in front of the hotel, it dropped us off several blocks away from the stadium and we had to walk the remainder of the way. 😕

It was ok.
Pros:

The breakfast was good but could have more choices. The hallway and the elevator was hot. My room at night got pretty warm also. So it was not good sleeping and sweating. Overall it was ok.

Cons:

The room could have been more cooler. The temperature was not so cool. It was set at 61 but it never got that cool. I had to sleep with my portable fan blowing in my face all night.

Cons:

The staff had a disconnect with the pricing of their hotel and pricing of booking through Booking.com. They kept saying the price was higher than my booked price and blamed it on "taxes". Tried to justify it and say Booking.com doesn't account for specific taxes but when I looked at my invoice the dollar amount they said matched what Booking.com said. After waiting for a manager for over 30 minutes, they finally got called in the back. Then came back and said I was right. Wasted all that time as our plans were meant to go immediately to Six Flags when we got in. On the top of this, they put us in a room where the AC was broken. We dumped all our luggage in the room. I was going to give it a chance to cool down by the time we get back from the park, and when we got back it was still hot. The night manager was nice enough to move us. She provided great customer service.

Pros:

excellent guest services as I accidently booked for the wrong date, front desk lady was very accommodating! Long 13 hour trip so the sleep was perfect and the shower was extremely refreshing. Highly recommend this establishment! 5 stars

Checked in earlier than expected and staff didn’t mind us being early in doing so.

Perfect and will be staying here again!
Pros:

Everything was perfect. All the staff from front desk, breakfast staff and maids were very nice and made sure we had the best stay! They went above and beyond!

I don’t really have nothing negative to say about this property! If you’re going to Six Flags on hurricane Harbor, this is the place to stay! They have a trolley that will take you and pick you up so you don’t have to pay for parking!
