Pros:

The parking and location were very convenient. The rooms were super clean. The pancake machine was not working initially at breakfast, but they had someone come fix it immediately.

Cons:

We stayed at a Tru Hilton in Liverpool, NY and we expected the same amenities, but they did not have some things like hot chocolate. That was just an expectation we had though.
