Very expressive, not VFM...
Some of the staff was nice while others not very attentive..
Although we specifically requested a crib for the baby upon reservation we had to request it after check in since it was not in the room
We spent 2 nights there- upon arrival and before departure, on the first stay the room was really badly maintained- leakage from the bathroom sink, the handle for the sink fell off...

Horrible value, unhelpful staff, charges for many more amenities than most hotels
Pros:

Breakfast was good food but poor value, proximity to airport was good, bed was decent.

Cons:

This hotel would charge you for air if they could. It's incredibly overpriced-- I can't believe I paid that much for a dirty bathroom, an upcharge for wifi, and no microwave in the room. I had brought food to heat up in the microwave, found out on arrival I didn't have one. I texted support and asked if there were any in communal areas throughout the hotel. They told me that no, there were 0 microwaves in the entire building for guests to use if their room didn't already have one. Then they said that the staff in the extremely fancy restaurant downstairs "would be happy to heat it up for me". So I lugged my porridge downstairs into a fancy restaurant, tried to explain to the staff, and asked them to heat up my porridge. They flatly refused my request. I showed them my texts with support that stated they would, and they agreed to, but they absolutely were *not* "happy" to help me. In fact, they tried very hard to turn me away without helping me. I paid a lot of money for a really horrible experience, and I encourage you not to make the same mistake.

Great hotel for overnight stay to catch a plane next day, good restaurant, all updated hotel & rooms
Pros:

Great hotel, clean, modern, staff were great, rooms very good, & less than 59 yards for the terminal - Hotel stored the airport luggage cart for use the next morning- easy walk to check in (no buses /taxis). Very good Restaurant on site - if we are in Munich, would definately stay again.
