Pros:

Large, spacious, and very clean rooms. Excellent location.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom was clogged, and the water would not drain. I discovered the problem immediately after checking into the room. I went to the front desk and asked to change rooms, but they initially offered to send someone to unclog the sink instead. I insisted on changing rooms, and my request was eventually accommodated. Offering to send someone to fix a clogged sink in a room that had just been assigned to a guest is completely unacceptable.
