Exceptional in every respect. Amazing value for money.
Pros:

Absolutely everything. Great atmosphere, kind & helpful staff at the bar (arrived late evening so no restaurant) and check-in desk, super comfortable room. One lady from reception saved me from missing my very early morning flight (and holiday!) because I didn’t hear all my alarms and call after a 3-hour sleep. Thank you!

Cons:

Nothing. All perfect. My standards are high both at home and on holiday.

Die Lage. Fußläufig zu unserem Abflug.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage. Die Zimmer sehr schön und komfortabel. Ein traumhaftes Bett.

Sind zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen und werden immer wieder kommen.

Beim letzten Aufenthalt haben gefrühstückt - himmlisches Frühstück, mit allem drum und dran!

Pros:

Everything was amazing

The reception and everyone else was amazing and extremely kind 💛💛💛

There is a Moroccan guy named Hassan at the Mountain Hub, what an incredible and a respectful guy!!!! Made our breakfast experience lovely special thanks to him, while we were moving around having no one approaching us to help with questions, he did incredible taking us through the whole breakfast menu, Hilton, this guy is amazing, thank you.

Cons:

The baggage staff were actually asking me to take a roller and take and drop my baggage myself to the room. Thankfully I had my baggage already in a roller and took it myself to the room 😆.

I don't mind doing that, its jus the first time on earth to have a hotel were they ask you to take your baggage yourself to your room. If i was coming with my own car to drop baggage, I would've had a huge trouble doing that.

Fabulous but we'd check on room standards a bit closer next time.
Pros:

Location is great for the airport.

Cons:

Cost of a double room with a bed for a 2 year old child was very expensive and the booking.com website did not make it clear whether you could have a normal room with a cot (which were free).
