Best airport hotel I have stayed in
Pros:

This is an exceptional airport hotel. You can reach it very easily on public transport from downtown (on the S train). It is an easy walk from the airport to the hotel. Right outside is a courtyard with restaurants (including a beer garden, and a full service grocery store—that is quite convenient). The rooms are large and modern., My adult child was impressed with the gym. The walking required to explore the hotel is considerable, but it is worth it.

Perfect stop after long flights
Pros:

Very close to the airport, and there is a train station right there to get you into the city. The bed was very comfortable, the room had a bath, and it was perfect after 2 back to back long haul flights. No complaints. I asked the desk where to go to look around, and they assisted me to the train and advised the best stop to see the sights.

Cons:

The Wifi was tricky as you had to be a Hilton Honours member? It was confusing for a non German speaker. But I was hardly in the room so it was just a small issue.

Cons:

予約があるにも関わらず、予約はキャンセルされていると言われて1時間以上チェックインに時間がかかった。その後もブッキングに報告したが、ホテル側からは問題ないという嘘の報告がされた。予約があるにも関わらず、危うく泊まれないとこだったのに、問題ないとされているのが信じられない。チェックイン後も部屋の洗面台の排水溝が詰まっていて掃除してもらうのに更に1時間無駄にした。乗り継ぎで疲れていてすぐに休みたかったのに、余計に疲れがたまった。

Cons:

Infelizmente usam o hotel como local de feira, deixando o acesso do hóspede aos elevadores para os quartos obstruída. Tivemos que passar por trás de instalações de stand de feira, lamentável.
Caro pelo que oferece, quarto standard, piso do banheiro frio.

A great stop-over hotel
Pros:

We had 6 hours between planes so we took advantage of the dayroom special offered which was great after a long flight from the US for a couple of hours of sleep and a shower before we continued our journey.
If you need to stay the night due to late arrival or departure I really liked the hotel as it is connected to terminal 2.
You are exiting the terminal so you have to go through the security control so make sure you allow for the extra time and now (since, April 10, 2026), non EU citizens have extra process when you arrive or leave the EU.
