Pros:

Very clean rooms, Excellent Complimentary breakfast, I recommend the omelet station. Staff was very courteous, polite and professional! I recommend this hotel.

Definitely a great place to stay!
Pros:

Staff: AMAZING!! Every single staff member we encountered was Friendly accommodating and helpful
Our room was really nice and very comfortable. So much we extended our stay!
The ground were clean and kept up
The breakfast area was very well maintained and kept clean

I had a great stay and would definitely return.

We always look for Embassy Suites when traveling. They never disappoint.
Pros:

We enjoy the cocktail hour and snacks.
Breakfast is always very satisfying.

It was a beautiful property!

Cons:

They charged the wrong card after being asked not to. Thankfully it didn’t put my brother who was in the country from Germany for my sister’s open heart surgery in a bind. The pillows for the pull out couch and the couch bed itself was very uncomfortable compared to another property we stayed in for the week. That mattress seriously needs to be updated. Food was good, happy hour was great, staff were very nice especially the young lady behind the bar.

I would stay here again but it would be nice if the room was refreshed.

Room furnishings are run down. Carpet is dirty. Windows need to be washed.

Pros:

I loved thay I didn't have to worry about my family while I underwent a 14 hour surgery. Staff was super friendly and helpful

Pros:

It was very clean

Cons:

They had an alarm to go off around 3am or 4 am everyone had to come to the front of the building u could not get on the elevator I hated that
