I was told the pool and jacuzzi were unavailable due to renovations, what I was not told was that the ENTIRE HOTEL IS A CONSTRUCTION ZONE, including parking areas.
The breakfast area was closed and what they offered was INEDIBLE watery eggs and oatmeal. The shower only had half the enclosure done so the water sprayed the floor and made a slip risk for my disabled husband.
SHAME ON YOU IHG for letting people stay here and charging $200 a night!!

Our stay felt chaotic.
Pros:

The property was close the the beach and 2 blocks from family.

Cons:

The property in under huge renovations. We were not told this until we checked in. No access to pool nor hot tub. Breakfast was scarce and in the 3rd floor conference room. No ice only by ordering at the front desk.

We had to enter the hotel through a back door then work our way through the hotel to get to the makeshift check in desk.
