Unclean
Pros:

Generally unclean room. Spider webs and living spiders. Carpet beetles on bedding and found on personal luggage. Odor coming from bathroom sinks and faucet. There was floating herb type residue in the coffee pot. Air conditioner was filthy and the vent slats were broken and noisy. It did work to cool the space. But unfortunately my husband and I woke up with a sore throat. Billing issue at check-in. We were able to have that resolved at check-out.

Ordentliches Hotel an Autobahn mit kostenlosem Parkhaus und reichhaltigem Frühstück
Pros:

Ordentliches Hotel an der Autobahn. Für uns diente es als Übernachtungshalt. Es liegt nahe dem Zentrum von Ventura an Autobahn und Bahnlinie. Daher sollte man unbedingt um Zimmer Richtung Stadt bitten, weil es sonst sehr laut ist. Zimmer sind groß, wirken etwas abgewohnt. Es gibt ein Frühstücksbüffet, das für amerikanische Verhältnisse reichhaltig ist. Personal war freundlich und kam Wunsch nach ruhigem Zimmer nach. Tiefgarage war sehr nützlich und kostenlos.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück Pappteller und Plastikbesteck. Im Zimmer roch es etwas modrig, Mobiliar ist nicht dss neueste.

Our stay was what we made it which was great.
Pros:

There are so many nice amenities. We have stayed many times over the years and it’s always the best. The rooms are always very clean, the family enjoys the pool and spa, the breakfast and happy hour is perfect.

Cons:

This visit there wasn’t rooms available at 3pm check-in except on any other than the 1st. Not our first choice. The front desk clerk on the morning shift was less than helpful. Maybe he needs some customer service training. We have always have exceptional service and front desk willing to help us.

Hotel wasnt able to check me in and took my Diamond reward points
Pros:

Driving from SD to SF, call Choice rewards to make a reservation since it was pass 12 night, arrived at Hotel and hotel wasnt able to check me in because the time, they wont honor and wont let me check in. left the hotel, call choice rewards and they put me as no show and took my rewards points. As a Diamond member Im very disapointed to this hotel and choice rewards by not been able to check in after several hours of driving and because they didnt refund my points back to my account even those they were not able to check me in and let me stay at the hotel using my points.

We did not enjoy our stay.
Pros:

The personnel were very kind, efficient, and professional. The breakfast was okay. The entrance area (reception & breakfast area) were very clean.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was not comfortable (old mattress). The electrical outlets in the bathroom area did not work. The area outside of the window was filthy (webs & dirty). There were walls with paint coming off. The carpet in the room was wavy. The room needs a lot of TLC. The owner needs to look into the coffee being served. Does not taste well. The carpet in the hallways need to be replaced.

Pros:

Prima ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel in de ontbijt ruimte! Goeie bedden, voldoende parkeerruimte.

Cons:

Het was erg druk, te weinig tafels bij het ontbijt waardoor we het in onze kamer op bed moesten opeten.
