Huge room, nice location close to the beach and 10 minutes drive to Ventura harbor, good breakfast with hot food options and fruits.

RAILROAD TRACKS BESIDE HOTEL.
The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good not great. Location was excellent! We loved the view from the balcony, inland view.
Didn’t like the carpet in the entire place. A little bit of a smell to it. Front staff wasn’t very helpful.
Conveniently located walking distance to the pier , the beach & several restaurants.
The gentleman who checked us in said three words to me, no personality. Didn’t tell us where our room was located. Didn’t tell us where to park. Didn’t smile again zero personality.
Also, our room had an odd smell, kind of musty. The floor in the shower was extremely slippery.
The staff were amazing and the room was exceptionally clean.
The air conditioner was louder than usual.
The breakfast was amazing, so much variety. The staff in the cafeteria was extremely professional and attentive. JUAN made sure everything was always filled. He was gracious and a true asset. Also, the gentleman on duty at the front desk JUN 26-28 (Jason, I believe was his name) was also very helpful and professional.
I'm not sure if there was a gym. If there was, I didn't see any signs or arrows!

Walking distance to the beach and pier. Walking distance to downtown. It's in a good spot. Train does goes right by but didn't bother me. Easy on and off the freeway. Room was good.
I actually don't have any complaints.
There was a happy hour with drinks and food when we first arrived as well as a nice breakfast selection. The location was great and walkable to many restaurants.
