Cons:

I didn’t like that the elevator was accessible for anyone from the street . It went from the garage where you park up to any floor without needing a room key. I would have liked the extra security atleast going up to the room floors ..

Good deal for the cost. Definitely stay on the mountain side of the hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast staff were amazing and the food was great. The bathrooms had been re-done and were lovely.

Cons:

The front desk help were not friendly or helpful. They never smiled or explained anything. Also there was a strange smell at times.

Pleasant, but could be better.
Pros:

Great breakfast, clean room. Ample parking.

Cons:

* Light in the balcony doesn't turn off, it means that one has to close the curtains fully to be able to have a dark room, but that means no outside air.
* The building is showing its age.

Great stay close to the beach
Pros:

The rooms were spacious, especially 2 sinks, 1 inside the bathroom and 1 outside. Helped with 4 people getting out early in the morning. Hot tub was nice to end the day after a lot of traveling.

The balcony was not useful. We hoped we could see the beach atleast from far away. Balcony view was blocked by 1 big tree.

Breakfast was good, a lot of good options, but the hot breakfast options were a bit cold. Fresh fruit was served, cut melons, bananas and oranges.

Cons:

Hash browns could be better.

Delicious breakfast. Manuel y Juan during buffet breakfast very courteous and professional. In general every person from the hotel that crossed our Way was friendly and very helpful.

Good Value and professional management.
Pros:

Staff during the day is more approachable and engaging with customers. The night guy is a different story. House keeping is always polite and doing a good job as well as the Chef and his crew. Overall, a great well run hotel.

Cons:

Wish the elevator was a bit faster, but there's only one for 3 floors.
