Nice hotel
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

This hotel was charming, exceptionally clean, convenient yet quiet location and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and offered a nice outdoor garden area to dine. This is one of these hotels where we wished we had more days to stay.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute und zentrale Lage
Pros:

Der Frühstücksbereich wirkt sehr nostalgisch und es ist wirklich ansprechen zubereitet. Bei gutem Wetter kann man im begrünten Innenhof sitzen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen von der Einrichtung und die Matratze war viel zu weich.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich. It's central, clean and friendly.
Pros:

Loved the friendly staff who were always there to answer questions and help out. It was very kind of the hotel to switch us to a bigger room at no additional charge when they found out that we had a lot of luggage due to a wedding we were going to. Exceptional breakfast with a really friendly service. The hotel was walking distance to the center of Munich which was also wonderful. We wanted a small hotel with air conditioning. Some other hotels in the neighborhood didn't have air conditioning and in the heat of the summer it was really nice to come home and relax in a cool hotel.

Cons:

When we arrived we had to leave our luggage at the hotel since we were a bit early. It would have been nice to be shown downstairs. We had no idea that there was a reception room on the other side of the check-in desk where we could have sat down to catch our breath and also see the lovely dining area that opens to a garden. This is not a criticism just a helpful suggestion to the staff to show off the lovely space on the other side of the lobby.

Tolles Frühstück, top zentrale Lage

Cons:

Wir fanden das Bett nicht so bequem, aber das ist ja Ansichtssache.
Die Geräusche anderer Gäste auf dem Flur war recht laut.

Pros:

Останавливались на 2 ночи, Прекрасное месторасположение - в самом центре Мюнхена - до Мариенплац 10 минут пешком. Не пользовались транспортом. Были на машине - у отеля есть соглашение со стоянкой находящейся в 3 минутах ходьбы. Стоила 15 евро за ночь. Прекрасные завтраки (хотя для нас не хватало немного наличия овощей - но это характерно для страны). Брали семейный номер - для 3 человек (2 комнаты 2 ванные) - место было очень много, был специальный встроенный шкаф для одежды.

Cons:

Отсутствие в номере холодильника, размер телевизора (24-27 дюйм, как экран компьютера).
