Pros:

I had my brother in law that need a wheelchair from the restaurant to his room and the staff was not sure if they even had one so after a few phone calls they Finally found one. I sort of felt this Hotel is not Handicap excess besides the parking.

Pros:

I really really the environment and the atmosphere of the overall hotel. It was super vintage and added to the atmosphere of the "historic inn." I also liked how the rooms were very simple and offered a variety of channels and free movies.

Cons:

I didn't like how I got bug bites all over my body. I also didn't like how there were no housekeeping or asking if we wanted new towels or anything. I had to go outside and look for the lady to ask if she had any extra towels.

Peu de choses à vrai dire peut etre mis à part l'emplacement

Cons:

Hôtel hanté ou du moins qui y parait : ambiance sombre et stressante, je n'ai pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit alors que je ne suis pas sensible à ce type d'ambiance généralement.
Personnel moyen et sensation étrange durant le séjour.

Cons:

Very nice from the outside but inside could use an upgrade and smelled old and stale. I would not stay there nor would I recommend to my family or friends. We wanted to use the swimming pool but when we arrived to check in there was a event going on in the pool area. We were bummed about that as well. Wish we had known about that before booking.

Charming historical hotel in the heart of Santa Maria.
Pros:

Charming and full of history. Pool and hot tub. English style pub with happy hour. Central location. Friendly staff.

Disgusting
Pros:

Terrible! It was dirtier than my college frat house. Stained, worn torn furniture, peeling walls, dirty curtains, gross stuff in tub I could go on for ever. It’s a shame. Have they never heard of a refresh?

It was very historic including the smell
Pros:

Any time we needed anything for our room the were very quick with bringing it to our room.

Cons:

It smelled so bad as soon as you walked through the front.

Wonderful Historic Inn and lovely grounds. But have to make special request for "Historic" rooms.
Pros:

I like the "Historic" rooms because they are overlooking the gardens and pool area. I also like the old time feel of the property, reminding me of my stay there 70 years ago. I would have liked the restaurant, as well, but it closed early on Sunday evening and did not open until 11:00 am the next morning, so was not able to enjoy that ambiance.

Cons:

I did not like that the restaurant was closed the whole time I was there. The receptionist gave me a very hard time with my trying to change my room from a tower room to a "Historic" room, even though the rates were the same and many available. Booking.com does not offer the regular "Historic" rooms when making reservations. The hotel says it is the fault of Booking.com, but I know the hotel makes the decision of what rooms are offered on 3rd party sites. The hotel should fix the selection to include the regular "Historic" rooms.
