Please note that guests are required to leave either a credit card or a cash deposit which will be returned during check-out if nothing has been consumed.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

We regret to inform you that, with the aim of improving our facilities and providing you with an exceptional experience, we will be carrying out maintenance work in the reception and lobby area of our hotel (change of air conditioning equipment). These tasks will be carried out from January 31 to February 14. During this period, these areas of the hotel will be affected, causing access to the hotel to be modified. However, we want to assure you that we are taking all necessary measures to minimize any inconvenience this may cause.

Excelente infraestructura, desayuno y ubicación

Cons:

Reservamos por booking sin embargo el hotel nos dio camas separadas ya que nos dijeron que no les llegaba el detalle de la reserva, muy mal ahí. Y lo peor es que el hotel te cobra allá con un cambio en moneda inventado por ellos, al final pagamos como 15 usd más solo en su cambio.

Hotel na naprawdę europejskim poziomie. Czystość i świeżość wszędzie, wygodne duże łóżka. Pyszne śniadania. Restauracja hotelowa wyróżnia się jakością i smakiem na tle okolicznych restauracji, żałujemy, że nie wypróbowaliśmy jej pierwszego dnia. cenowo- przyjemne zaskoczenie. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Naprawdę przyjemny pobyt.
Widok z okna - zabawne było obserwowanie spacerujących żółkwi na czyimś podwórku 😆

Overall, great stay. Everything was nice, the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The breakfasts were very tasty with a wide variety of choices.

Cons:

The only drawbacks were that it was quite expensive and the pool was closed for two days and we didn’t know about this before. Still, we enjoyed our stay.
