Good, well-priced stay with excellent breakfast
Pros:

Easy to checkin, spacious room, updated room (except for bed linens, which could really use an update), ice machine, laundry room, excellent breakfast

Cons:

The bed linens have seen better days. Would love yo see those updated.

Great Price. Nice clean rooms. The front desk lady was very friendly.

Pros:

Stephanie, at front desk during check-in, was very personable, and seemed to enjoy her job. The room was clean. Very hot water! No carpet in rooms, which was a plus. Breakfast was good, with something for everyone.

If a request cant be honored notification needs to be made ahead of time for reservation and travel

The breakfast was excellent. Food was hot and appeared fresh.

Cons:

Request was made of handicap for stairs requested 1st floor. Did not check messages to see mine. Upon checking she did see the message. But no 1st floor rooms. Was dangerous for me to maneuver the stairs. Coffee was not strong enough. Can always make it weaker but cant make it any stronger.

Needs better housekeeping
Pros:

Front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. Location is great for attending shows at Harrahs.

Cons:

My room was not as clean as past stays. This room had vinyl tile flooring that was not swept and visibly dirty. Hairdryer was not attached to the wall and hidden in a random drawer. No linen bags for dirty laundry. The heating/ac unit had dirt and mold on top. Also found mold on the corner of matress box spring and floor under bed. Lamps were quite dusty
