The location is good.

Cons:

The floors were dirty and the parking lot is very small. The balcony walkway needs to be wider. We told management about the dirty floor and they came and mopped it the next day with a dirty mop

The property was terrible the floors was dirty deep clean did not fix the problem the people cleaning the rooms was scared of my service dog in the hallway asked me to let them get in a room before we could pass

Cons:

The floor was dirty my kids legs and feet was black same as mine and my husband feet. Would not stay again the deep clean didn’t fix it

10th Anniversary Groovy Get Away
Pros:

The vibe is awesome and positive. It's laid back. The staff is amazing. The ambassador Loreli was welcoming and kind. My husband is a veteran and was treated with honor and respect.

Pros:

Great location. Decent rooms. It an old property refurbished. All outside door entrance

Cons:

Paid extra for breakfast option. I think that is way overpriced. Basic breakfast eggs, bacon,potatoes, toast juice for two $34 is high in my opinion

I loved the location, the pool and laid back vibe

Cons:

The bar closed at 10pm and you couldn’t get a drink also we were woken up by banging from 5.30am that shook the room

Overall I enjoyed our stay and the pool was amazing
Pros:

The location was great! We walked to Paula Deans for dinner and walked to shops

Cons:

The room wasn’t cozy enough and the room door about takes you toes off every time it closes (way to hard) I loved that the cleaning staff came daily and replaced our towels with new and made the bed but forgot to leave new coffee pods and fresh mugs.
