Looking for a place to sleep must visit
Pros:

Everything was beautiful The room was outstanding clean 🫧 the shower could use some extra cleaning on the shower 🚿 walls the bass board in the bathroom needs cleaning down it dusty along the wall as you're setting there it is mostly a eyeball is seeing,other than that is beautiful

Cons:

The hide a bed needs to have a new mattress put on it for the comfort not going through the bars of the hide a bed other than that everything was perfect

Peaceful and cozy.
Pros:

The room was clean and smelled great. The location was perfect.

Cons:

Ice machines were a bit of a walk and there was only 2 and neither was on my floor.

A fun, stylish, and unexpectedly enjoyable boutique motel stay with great personality, comfort, and a few minor drawback
Pros:

I loved the retro design and overall personality of the property. It felt fun, stylish, and different from a typical hotel stay. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the modern touches like power outlets and USB plugs on both sides of the bed. Paloma Restaurant also had very good food and friendly staff.

Cons:

The biggest downside was noise coming through the outside room door, which made the room feel less quiet than I would have liked. Parking near the rooms was also a little tight, and breakfast at the restaurant felt pricey unless purchased in advance. There was also an incorrect alcoholic drink charge to our room, although management handled it quickly and refunded it.

Over all I love this hotel..This hotel is our choice for whatever we do in Pigeon forge.
Pros:

I love this Hotel.The staff is always amazing and very accommodating. The Paloma is amazing as well.The chef does and amazing job.The food is always delicious.And of course the pool.area I'd always the spot to go to.

Cons:

The room I had was a little off.I had brought my cat thus time around so I was put in a pet room.It smelled of dog and there was dog pee and dog hair all along the rail of the shower.I was shocked because this hotel always has clean rooms..

It was wonderful, fun staff lily was amazing, i would love for you to have other locations. The bar was good .the pool did not have good handicap positive accessibility., so i didn't go to the pool .

All rooms that are pet friendly are on the backside. No view! The pool was HOT… definitely not what you want in 106 degree weather. All staff were rude, acted like they hated their job… didn’t know what the hell they were talking about in payments…
