Camera pulita anche se vetusta. Colazione ricca a buffet. Abbastanza vicino al centro (ca. 15 minuti a piedi). Personale cortese e disponibile.
Albergo piuttosto vetusto e da rinnovare. In bagno mancavano appendi asciugamani, a parte un gancio dietro la porta. Niente set di cortesia, solo 1 pettine! La pulizia in sala colazione dovrebbe essere migliorata (posate con evidenti macchie di calcare, straccio usato per pulire i tavoli depositato accanto a stoviglie pulite). Piscina mal attrezzata (pochi ombrelloni e sdraio) e da rinnovare. Parcheggio solo a pagamento.

La posizione dal centro di Aix non è così comoda, a piedi è abbastanza lunga rispetto a quanto descritto.
La colazione opzionale ha un costo di 20 Euro che ritengo eccessivo, ho quindi optato per la colazione allesterno.

L’emplacement uniquement
Très mauvaise expérience. La réceptionniste était désagréable, peu à l’écoute et n’a proposé aucune solution à nos problèmes.
La chambre était très sale, des bêtes ( photos à l’appui montré au personnel )!!les rideaux étaient déchirés laissant passer le soleil
Qui plus est il manquait des coussins pour dormir confortablement.
La salle de bain était très rudimentaire, avec un manque de serviettes et de produits de toilette.
De plus, il y avait beaucoup trop de bruit dans les couloirs, rendant le séjour très désagréable.
Cet établissement ne mérite clairement pas ses 4 étoiles. Très déçus, nous ne le recommandons pas. À fuir !
