I booked a room , with late arrival . Due to construction in the parking garage there was no onsite parking at the hotel . I had to park a block away in city parking garage and then carry my bag to the hotel , being a solo traveller. I woke up to American Dog Ticks in my bed and crawling in the floor . Checked out never to return . No mgr inside , staff had to call mgr . Offered comp for the one night but nothing to cover laundry of my clothes to rid them of possible ticks or medical concerns on tick bites . Just an apology.

No parking, unfriendly staff
The beds where comfortable, the location was conventient.
The waitress on the second morning was the best part of the hotel. She was so cheery and helpful.
There was never enough hot water to shower. Most of the time there was no hot water at all. We even checked the pool bathroom and had no luck. They said there was nothing they could do because the maintenance had already gone home. We did not have time to relocate because our busy schedule.
There were ear plugs beside the bed and at night we quickly realized how important they were. the windows offered no protections from the sounds outside. We were kept awake by drag racing cars, and even an event across the border.
On our first morning the breakfast we were counting on wasn’t available because the staff didn’t come in. As a swimmer attending a national level meet, this breakfast was critical. The only compensation we were given for that mistake was not having to pay for our breakfast that we didn’t get.
On our second day the elevator had food all over it which was disgusting. It sat that way for the better part of the night. I don’t know when it finally got cleaned up. I guess the maintenance staff went home of didn’t show up? We used the stairs for the rest of our stay as the mess was stomach-turning.
The reason we were in Windsor was for a National Swim meet. Rest, lower stress and nutrition are of utmost importance for us as athletes.
It is an unforgettable stay. All went perfect.

Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly. Loved having a Starbucks in the building.
The location is extremely loud.
We were located on the 3rd floor facing the Main Street. Local bars are across the street and the street traffic kept us up until the early morning every night. Kids running back and forth from the pool during the day made resting throughout the day impossible. As well as cleaning staff hanging out in the hallways.
We were put in a room right next to elevator and heard the elevator cables in our room. Unacceptable, was this the only room available?? Too late in the evening to go and switch! Not happy!!
