Pros:

Staff, Clean Room, price

Cons:

Parking lot was small on site. Didn't drive our car fir our two day stay so we wouldn't lose our spot. You can parking at another location at a cost of $25.00. Lots of people under the influence walking around. People sleeping in their car parked on the street. A lot of police activity two blocks up the street. Our block was safest, but sounding area was sketchy. Drug addicts and homeless.

Perfect for a quick stay.
Pros:

It was tucked away, but I asked for 2 beds & the second bed was in its own tiny little room! Perfect for 2 couples!

Cons:

The parking lot. If it gets full you have to park at a different Hotel and it costs $25

Pros:

Felt updated and cleaned

Cons:

Around 8pm we got a phone call from the office asking to come in our room because their storage closet was apparently in our room. Very awkward and weird. Never had that happened at a hotel before

Last time going back there.
Pros:

The AC was nice.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t very accommodating to our family visitors that stopped by to say hello. The parking wasn’t the best either.

Will highly recommend to anyone seeking hotel services in this area. The rates were excellent and rooms were spot less.
Pros:

Easy centrally location to the pier. Room was very clean and appreciated great customer service from the office staff. Property grounds well kept up. Room rates were excellent!!!
