Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Beautiful, newly decorated hotel. Wonderful breakast buffet. Spacious room. Pool and spa were fantastic!! Front desk staff were not particularly welcoming or attentive during our 5 night stay; rarely looked up when guests entered the hotel.

Beautiful peaceful hotel
Pros:

We adored our stay at the Sheraton. Lovely clean room overlooking the pool and mountains. So relaxing. Very friendly, efficient front desk staff. Especially the young Japanese lady. Breakfast was very pleasant. Great food, good service. Look forward to returning. Thank you again.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay in a beautiful setting near Lake Como.

The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, very comfortable rooms, and a great location close to Lake Como.

Como Italy Sheridan - A Five Star Experience
Pros:

Fantastic experience at Sheraton Lake Como Hotel in Italy. It is a bit off the path from Old Town Como, but a short 8-minute (very inexpensive) ride on a water ferry steps from the Sheraton. The hotel has excellent service, starting at check-in with Alessia, and with a host of amenities. An amazing breakfast buffet (omelette cook is excellent) with a very friendly staff of servers. A big outdoor pool with food and bar service. An indoor pool, steam/sauna, and fitness center, too. Families are welcome too (kids). Special "shout-outs" as well to Camilla at the front desk and Gaetano who sent a bottle of champagne to our room for our wedding anniversary! Bellissimo albergo!

OK - expensive but in general good. Unacceptable quality water from bathroom tap.

Cons:

Water from the bathroom tap was black after they had been doing work on the water system (unbeknown to me) and went into my baby bottle - very distressing as we had cleaned my baby bottles (3month old baby) with that water the night prior. Staff didn't offer anything other than to switch rooms.
