Hotel posiada piękne spa i baseny zewnętrzne, pyszne śniadanie, miła obsługa na śniadaniu.

Cons:

Bardzo ale to bardzo brudne pokoje. Poplamione dywany,włosy w kontach, zużyte podarte fotele. Kurz w pokojach, ręczniki zużyte. Poplamione poduszki na tarasach i dużo suchych liści nie ma przyjemności z korzystania. Na korytarzach brudne poplamione dywany.

Pros:

Quarto e cama confortáveis. Roupa de cama muito boa. Área comum e piscina muito boa. SPA maravilhoso, vale conferir. Equipe atenciosa. Restaurante bom dentro do hotel. Localização boa, fácil de chegar e dos principais acessos. Academia ok, dá para treinar tudo e muito limpa.

Cons:

Chuveiro do segundo quarto que fiquei era bom, mas diferente do que tinha no primeiro quarto que fiquei, que era absurdamente bom e com muita pressão. Restaurante/lanchonete do hotel fecha muito cedo na minha opinião.

€890 Per Night for One of the Worst Marriott Experiences I’ve Had
Pros:

As a Lifetime Titanium Elite member, I choose Marriott properties because of the loyalty benefits and consistent service standards I have experienced over the years. Unfortunately, my stay at the Sheraton Lake Como was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had.

Despite paying approximately €890 per night, my wife and I were assigned a room different from the one we booked and ended up sleeping in a room with only a small bed, which was completely unacceptable given the rate paid.

The Titanium Elite benefits were practically nonexistent. The late checkout offered was minimal and provided little value. To make matters worse, we went downstairs at 11:00 a.m. looking for something to eat, only to find that breakfast had already closed and lunch did not begin until 12:30 p.m. The hotel offered no food service whatsoever during that time, leaving guests without any dining options.

For a property charging luxury-level rates, the overall experience fell far below expectations. Poor room allocation, limited elite recognition, lack of food availability, and inadequate service made this stay feel overpriced and not worth the money.

I would not recommend paying these rates for the experience provided.

Beautiful and luxurious stay on Lake Como
Pros:

Beautiful pool, lovely poolside restaurant, the room was great with such a beautiful view of the pool and mountains, very comfortable bed and linens, appreciated the good hair dryer and steamer. The spa looked incredible although we never used it besides passing by. The location was nice too with lots of restaurants and shopping within a mile walk.

Cons:

I don’t really have any negatives besides children splashing us in the pool which isn’t the fault of the property

Our stay at Sheraton Lake Como was disappointing due to a serious issue with the air conditioning. The AC in our room was not functioning properly, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep, especially during the warm weather. As a result, we had to spend the entire night without adequate cooling.

What made the situation worse was the way the staff handled the problem. Instead of taking ownership and providing a prompt solution or suitable alternative, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful. For a hotel that promotes itself as a high-end property, we expected much better service and customer care.

A comfortable night’s sleep is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, Sheraton Lake Como failed to deliver. The poor handling of the issue left us frustrated and negatively impacted our overall experience.

Gostei muito apenas duas observações pontuais.
Pros:

Amei a cama muito confortável. Localização ótima.
O Spa tem uma vista lindíssima.

Cons:

Achei o terraço muito exposto aos hóspedes dos quartos ao lado. Nenhum privacidade.
O jardim do terraço meio abandonado.
