Pros:

Love the location, clean hotel, we saw bears everyday without leaving the hotel.

Cons:

Had to pay for parking- 18 dollars a note - seems crazy with the location- everyone is going to have to drive to get there.

Take it or leave it
Pros:

The pool area was cool and my little boy enjoyed the slide. Beds were comfortable and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The air-conditioning wasn't very strong and we needed to call the front desk. The furniture was pretty old and beat up. The room really wasn't cleaned well when we got there (left over clothes, items on floor, bottles on the balcony). Most important there was a charge for parking, which i thought was ridiculous.

Clean, comfy room with a gorgeous view
Pros:

Clean & comfortable. Convenient location. Multiple restaurants on site. Free trolley that picks up from the hotel and takes you to Multiple drop off locations in Gatlinburg. Large indoor pools with slides. Beautiful view overlooking all of Gatlinburg

A low quality, inconvenient experience.
Pros:

Service was overall good. Good views. Nice pool.

Cons:

There is no sidewalk or walking path off of the property. This is unacceptable. You either have to wait an indeterminate amount of time for a bus or drive a very short distance and pay to park in town.

Restaurant staff was great . The food was below average and expensive. The pizza was horrible. The coffee shop set up in the lobby was terrible. The coffee was undrinkable.

The room was a bit shabby. Broken blinds. Tv service is terrible. Fridge broken. Balcony leaking. Cleaning service overlooked basics and was incomplete.
