Great Location and Staff; Parking Isn't Cheap
Pros:

Location is excellent - worth the balcony doors open I could listen to the ocean waves crashing all night. Heavenly. Every staff member I interacted with from check in, bar staff, breakfast restaurant staff, room service and check out was friendly, polite and professional.

Cons:

I think the $39/night parking charges are quite steep. It's Wollongong low to off season. After paying $751 for 2 nights you'd think parking could be included, especially as a disability permit holder. There's only one external Disability space and that had a truck or other cars parked in it the whole time - not one of which had a legal pass. This meant I had to pay the $39/night for undercover parking onsite.

Pros:

Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.
Perfect location, beautiful views and the birds were also friendly.

Cons:

Only thing that comes to mind is the bacon as the buffet, it was dry. That’s all, everything else was perfect..

The worst, awful stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

Staff at check-in was confused and confusing regarding the simplest of questions relating to the room and parking requirements. The room was small and unclean for what I expected for the ocean view room. No fresh air as windows were key locked. The aircon had to be turned off as it smelled. The bed was terrible where the centre had no support. The bed only had a bottom sheet. When I raised the issues with checkout staff she was rude and condescending. I would have expected much better considering the $404.0 for the night and the $39.0 parking charge. Very poor, unhappy experience.

Overall was good to stay 1-2 nights but due to the bed I wouldn’t stay there more than that
