Me gusto el cuarto muy comodo amplio el hotel las instalaciones como el gimnasio la alberca y lugar para desayunar muy agradable y comodo el estacionamiento y el personal muy amable y atento a las necesidades del cliente

Cons:

Me gustaria que este tipo de hotel tengan un frigo bar o refrigerador en los cuartos porque hoy en dia es muy conveniente para uno que viaja por carretera tener algun refrigerio en su cuarto

El hotel es de los más bonitos de San Luis, la alberca esta caliente y la habitación bonita y cómoda

Cons:

Solo una observación , la gente metía a sus perros al área de la piscina ( había un letrero que prohibía la entrada ) no había nadie que vigilará y nos tocó que no había toallas.en camastros y las mesas sucias. De ahí en fuera todo bien

Un hotel elegante, cómodo y bien ubicado
Pros:

1. El buen trato del personal de Recepción (Gaby), Ama de Llaves (Griselda) y del restaurante (Juan Carlos). Todos muy amables y profesionales.
2. La habitación, cómoda, amplia, bien climatizada y con muy bonita vista al jardín interior.
3. Las instalaciones, de noche, lucen muy bien para fotografías.

Cons:

1. La tina de hidromasaje de la habitación 129 tenía un desperfecto en el tapón de fondo y eso provocaba que el agua fuera bajando de nivel. Prometieron arreglarlo pronto.
2. El estacionamiento para huéspedes es un poco reducido y luego se llena con invitados de los eventos sociales. La segunda noche tuve que dejar mi coche afuera del hotel por varias horas.
3. La alberca, en comparación con el tamaño del hotel, es pequeña y de poca profundidad (1.43 m). El agua a temperatura ambiente está bien en temporada de calor, pero en invierno...
