Pros:

Es un hotel con potencial, pero muy abandonado
El gimnasio está bien , pero el aire no sirve
El personal de la recepción muy agradable e intentando solucionar así como los conserjes

Cons:

La habitación estaba muy sucia, tiene alfombra y había hasta restos de comida debajo de una mesita.
La puerta del baño y el WC están rotos
Los cristales de las ventanas muy, muy sucios
La atención en la piscina es nula. Tienes que perseguir al personal para que te atiendan y para que te cobren
El suelo del área de la piscina está lleno de verdín y tienes que tener cuidado
Engañan mucho las fotos. Parece una piscina agradable y en el área no da el sol y el agua está fría
Es muy caro para el mal servicio, y lo viejo y sucio

Pros:

The location, grounds and concierge were wonderful.

Cons:

Our room, 531, had a terrible sour odor (not coming from the bathroom) and there was a glade plugin that made the room smell even stronger.

Pros:

Very nice hotel on Main Street. Pictures do not do it justice it’s gorgeous here. The staff in hotel and restaurant were all very attentive to my family. I def recommend it.

Charming hotel
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived until we checked out 5 nights later. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and the room service was excellent! The grounds are beautiful with gardens and statues. There is a weightlifting gym with machines and dumbbells. The restaurant is very attractive and every dish we ordered was delicious and well prepared. The servers were great. The location is convenient and a few miles from downtown. We took Uber and were in the center in ten minutes or so. The rooms were very quiet and we slept well.
