Fantastisk beliggenhed og sødt personale
Pros:

Personalet var helt vildt sødt og imødekommende og så havde receptionen døgnåbent, så man altid kunne få hjælp hvis der var noget.
Hotellets beliggenhed er 10/10, mega tæt på metroen, pænt område og så ligger der en masse fine caféer/restauranter rundt omkring. Og så ligger det ikke ud til en stor vej, så der var intet irriterende støj, når man skulle sove.
Værelset var til den mindre side. Sengen stod midt i rummet, og så kunne man lige akkurat komme rundt på hver side. Men toilettet/badeværelset var en fin størrelse, hvor der var skabsplads til tøj. Så det gik helt fint med det alligevel.

Pros:

Very welcoming with lovely staff, especially Sarah and another girl who’s name I didn’t catch. Both were lovely ambassadors for the hotel.
65 stairs to our room with no lift and no aircon in a stifling London were an irritation but no more than that.
Would definitely come back….and that’s totally down to good service and a great attitude from the staff.

Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

The bathroom (room 18) had black mold on the ceiling where there was a large obvious previous leak, a broken toilet seat, and the ceiling fan did not work at all. The curtains in the room were not hooked on properly and have a clearly ripped hem at the bottom. I'd stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it had a "faded glory" feel to it but it was quaint. Now it is in need of major attention.

Great location in Notting Hill
Pros:

This location was the best! So close to Notting Hill Gate tube station (about100m away) yet out of the sight and sounds of the busy main street that it felt very tranquil. Loved exploring the area, easy runs to Kensington Palace gardens and Holland park garden. A great base to head into central London and very quick on the red, green and yellow lines that could get you anywhere.

Cons:

Hotel was in a street with upmarket homes and other hotels but felt it needed a refurb. Mattress was uncomfortable.

Séjour agréable, bon pied à terre pour laisser ses valises et explorer Londres.
Pros:

L'hotel était facile à trouver. simple et agréable. La chambre est un peu vêtuste mais il y a ce qu'il faut. l'équipe est très disponible et agréable. Notre réceptionniste a été adorable. L'hôtel est très bien placé, à 2 pas de PortoBello.

Cons:

moquette partout dans la chambre, qui vieillit un peu l'ambiance, peu de lumière dans la chambre (-1) mais fenetre qui s'ouvre. TV sans intérêt et douche un peu ancienne mais qui fonctionne très bien.
