Ci tornerei, ma con un'offerta di prezzo migliore.
Pros:

accoglienza grandiosa, la ragazza della reception, Sara, è stata molto disponibile, gentile. La struttura è bella, in una via vicinissima alla metro e a Portobello. Apprezzo che non abbiano ristrutturato stravolgendo la struttura originaria, ha un fascino decadente e anche se alcune cose sono un po' scomode, tipo i rubinetti con acqua calda e fredda separati, non è un problema. Comodissimo il letto e anche i cuscini, camera fornita di tutto perfino ferro da stiro.

Cons:

Avrei apprezzato una vista migliore. Aottingh hill le case sono strette l'una all'altra e io affacciavo su un muro di mattoni ma ho visto altre stanze con vista sui tetti: chiedete quelle. L'unica pecca vera dell'hotel è il prezzo: 320 per una singola due notti è tanto anche a nottingh hill, per un tre stelle.

Had an amazing stay in one of the best neighborhoods in London!
Pros:

Location was PERFECT! And I slept like a rock in the bed.

Cons:

Look it’s not a big deal, but the hand held shower head was a little surprising. Truly not a big deal, I would still whole heartedly recommend this hotel!

Enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The front desk staff were delightful, helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable

Cons:

Sounds funny but it was very difficult to use the kettle- the cord to outlet length was too short!

A lovely stay in Notting Hill.

Lovely, helpful, friendly staff & the location. Only a short walk to the subway.

The Abbey was super cute for two girls or couples.
Pros:

Sarah was amazing and she made our stay comfortable and recommended lots of locations. We will definitely stay at the Abbey again. The location and proximity to the tube makes this place easily accessible.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.

Poor hotel but great location and staff.
Pros:

The hotel was situated really well and the staff was great and delivered great service. Check in and Check out was easy.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pictures did not paint the true story of this hotel, Hotel was in bad condition and was really worn out. The bed was hopeless and if you turned in the bed the bed moved around... and the water pressure was so low that it was almost impossible to take a bath. On top of that there was no curtain the bath which meant that the little water that came out ended on the floor. To top it all of, the room was so sound sensitive that I could hear when people went to the toilet downstairs, the door and window was in such poor condition that you could hear everything on the steps and outside even though this was the top floor.

Das Zimmer entspricht von der Ausstattung der Beschreibung. Die Badewanne mehr als unhygienisch.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Die Badewanne, die gleichzeitig Dusche ist, war in Bezug auf Zustand und Sauberkeit eine Zumutung. Alt, abgenutzt und verdreckt.

Pros:

Location was good lovely building.

Cons:

Bath coating chipped and cracked, when I booked only lower gf rooms available which was what we wanted, but placed on top floor, room very hot, window would not stay open and fan supplied very noisy.
