Pros:

The pillows.

Cons:

We’ve stayed in this hotel at least a couple of times in the past and they were good stays.
This time is different. The room smelled so bad….and it DEFINITELY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FOREST FIRE SMOKE. It was either residual cigarette smoke or the carpet needs to be washed or better yet, replaced. The carpet is so dirty and smelly…not to mention the freezing cold shower on the second night after sweating outside all day in the 37 degree heat….because there was no hot water all night.

Easy, comfortable night
Pros:

Friendly, decent price, central location using car. Rooms and beds standard, comfortable. I needed a stay for 1 night and it was fine.

Cons:

It was an older building. Initially some noises (ventilation? Pipes?) But it ended up being fine

Nice clean
Pros:

Like the size of the place, the cleanliness and ease to get around the location. Great view of the mountain behind the hotel.

Cons:

Had a large king size bed that we both got sucked into the middle, jetted tub with not enough jets. No carts for luggage to take to the room. Had to carry everything.

Getting old and not well maintained
Pros:

The AC ran well. Like that it had a fan option for circulation and white noise. Nice shampoo/conditioner/body-wash and cream.

Cons:

Showing its age. Furniture dirty in room, hallways dirty and furniture is also dated and dirty. Carpets torn in areas. Pillows are cheap so bring your own. No extra blanket.

Pros:

Location was surprisingly quiet but other guests were not. Staff was helpful and hotel was clean.
