Sohrt and easy
Pros:

Our room was okay. Not really fond of the first floor but since it was just one night it was alright. I liked having the door to the outside. Made loading easy.

Cons:

The bathtub is super slippery and the bottom of the tub is rounded not flat. My husband fell when getting into the tub because it was so slippery. The hotel needs to put warning signs on the tub indicating how slippery it is before someone gets seriously hurt.

Comfortable. Basic hotel room.
Pros:

Can park and leave car there for a week.
Close to Orchard Park shopping centre.
Staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

No tea bags just pods that you have to run through a coffee maker.
Very small television.

Really disappointed

Well, staff was nice and provided coffee on request.

Cons:

Although they mistakenly charged me for one more night... So, nope, the staff is bad as well. Overall, everything is dated, the fridge compressor is always on and too loud, a bottle of milk froze into ice cream. TV is something from the last century, no Netflix or anything. My feet were literally black after I tried to walk barefoot.
Honestly, I don't understand how it got such a high rating on booking.

The worst experience of my life
Pros:

Vehicle was broken into and contents stolen. No help from the hotel. No security

Cons:

There is no security! Open parking lots in the middle of a crime ridden city and nothing to protect the guests
