Muy agradable y cómodo. El desayuno un buffet muy variado. Un hotel de 3 estrellas que podría ser de 4 perfectamente
De ongedwongen sfeer en de geweldige locatie direct aan het strand.
Sommige medewerkers straalden niet uit dat ze tevreden waren met hun baan.

The main reason was ‘parking’ as San Sebastián is difficult to park in. The hotel was 30 mins walk walk but there is a No16 bus which runs every 20 mins and an Uber only cost €8
Breakfast could be better
Very comfortable and clean. Great air conditioning when it was hot and humid.
The breakfast seemed quite expensive when measured against what was being offered. The hotel is quite away from town - it’s very quiet as a result but quite a walk; use the city hire bikes to make life easier.

Camión de lavandería a las 2:00 AM descargando ropa limpia y sucia durante dos días consecutivos muy ruidoso impidió un descanso adecuado
Mooi hotel, niet ver van het centrum van San Sebastian maar wel op een berg. Wij hadden een familiekamer met 2 tweepersoonsbedden, kon worden afgescheiden door een schuifdeur. Wel met 1 badkamer. Het uitzicht op de baai van San Sebastian was bijzonder mooi. Centrum kan lopend worden bereikt maar naar boven is nogal zwaar. Taxi's zijn snel beschikbaar en niet duur. Er zijn oplaadplekken voor de elektrische auto. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

Room meet our expectations: spacious, good bathroom. It took us some time to discover the fridge. Breakfast was well stocked and reliable. Location with very good view over the Donostia, on a hill, but with close bus access and parking.
That property was in a good location and had a beautiful pool with a great view of the city. Facilities were clean and staff was accommodating.
The free parking lot does not have enough spaces for all guests.
