Great place to discover San Sebastián a fantastic culinary destination.
Pros:

Fabulous views. Swimming pool. Great breakfast. Car parking was a definite bonus. The hotel is a short walk from the beach - downhill there and uphill back - wasn’t a problem for us ( we’re in our 70’s). 🙂

Zeer vriendelijk personeel die goede uitleg gaf hoe in de stad te geraken. De halte van bus 16 is kort bij het hotel en brengt je naar het centrum.

Existe una Ascensión de 900 m desde la playa y esta a más de 25 minutos del centro.

Buona soluzione per visitare San Sebastian se si ha l’auto
Pros:

Camera quadrupla pulita, moderna, ci sono piscina e palestra piccole ma funzionali, il parcheggio è compreso. Vicino alla spiaggia in posizione elevata, è sempre ventilato, con una bella passeggiata si arriva in centro in meno di 30 minuti

Cons:

Non vicinissima al centro storico ma lo sapevamo, basta fare una camminata. La posizione ha comunque molti altri vantaggi

Pros:

Super fijn en goed hotel in San Sebastián. We hadden een mooie en ruime kamer met fijn bed. Handig dat er een klein koelkastje op de kamer was en airconditioning. Mooi zwembad bij het hotel. Ontbijt was heerlijk. Ideaal dat receptie 24/7 geopend is en uitchecken dus 24/7 kan. Parkeren is gratis bij het hotel (al lijkt de parkeergelegenheid wel beperkt, dus kom op tijd).

Vlakbij het hotel is een bushalte waar 2x per uur een bus gaat naar het (oude) centrum van Sebastián. Inchecken kan met creditcard (meerdere keren met dezelfde creditcard inchecken kan). Het hotel is op loopafstand van de funicular (kabelbaan) naar Mount Igueldo, wat een aanrader is. Daarnaast zijn er diverse leuke restaurants in de nabijgelegen wijk (reserveren aanbevolen). Houd er rekening mee dat het hotel op een heuvel ligt, en je dus lopend een heuvel op/af moet (wij vonden dit zelf niet storend).

Great hotel!
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were upgraded when we got there and had a lovely room with a view over the city. Everything was clean and well equipped and the room was a good size. Breakfast was excellent, big selection of different things and not expensive. We particularly liked the hotel as it was out of the centre, had parking and was quiet. There is a bit of a hill to climb but it's not bad and we didn't mind as we needed the exercise after eating all the lovely food!!!! Would definitely return to this hotel...thank you to all the staff who were so helpful and friendly :)
