Lovely hotel, great location

There was a whole stove set up and some utensil but no pots and pans to cook with so we had to get uber eats no spare blankets for the couch

Pros:

The location and rooms are good. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Diesel smell was heavy inside the building. Some spots in the apartment need to be cleaned properly. It’d be handy to provide EV charging at the basement car park.

It would be better if they could have an early check-in e.g. 2 pm or late check out 12 noon.

Excellent location and facilities provided.

Cons:

I had an early flight arrival in the morning around 8 am. I had to wait for many hours and was only able to leave my luggage with the concierge-luggage room. We were only able to check into my room 15-20 minutes before 3pm which was the official check in time as apparently all rooms were fully booked and housekeeping was still ongoing. Shortly after checking in we had to evacuate as the fire alarm went off. In the end I was only able to rest in my room-apt around 3.30 pm (after official check-in time) only after my son asked the staff whether it was OK to enter the room-apt.

I had also noticed (prior evacuation) just minutes before the alarm went off that the room-apt they had provided us wasn't vacuumed-cleaned-wiped properly and had nail clippings on the kitchen floor. After I complained they vacuumed it. I believe they are short-handed of house-keeping staff.

Lovely hotel, very convenient for trains to city/airport, etc.
Pros:

The property is in a convenient position, staff were friendly and helpful. Great room, clean and spacious. Also hope an upgrade to a larger suite which was a bonus. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

Would like an indoor pool as infinity pool is lovely but a bit cold this time of year.
