B&B HOTEL Marne-la-Vallée Chelles is open as follow:
- Monday to Thursday from 06:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00.
-Fridays from 06:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30
-Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 07:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30.

Outside reception opening hours, proceed to the hotel entrance, where an Automatic Room Dispenser allows you to retrieve your room number and access code at any time.
All you need is your reservation number and your credit card for payment, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Your room access code also opens the hotel gate and lobby door, if applicable.
A deposit may be required at the property.

L incivilités des gens .une nana qui se dispute à la fenêtre avec son mec à 1h matin.j ai du lui dire d arrêter. Des gens qui parlent sur le couloir .toujours pendant la nuit. Personnel inexistant la nuit

Cons:

L isolation contre notre volonté nous avons assisté une bonne partie de la nuit aux ébats de la chambre voisine

Disponibilité, proximité, sécurité, confort et propreté au rendez-vous.
Pros:

Lieu calme et sécurisé, la chambre était propre.

Cons:

La façon de procéder avant d’entrer dans la chambre est compliquée. Lorsque la réservation est payée, le code devrait automatiquement être donné par mail ou alors qu’il y ait une personne présente 24h/24h.
Heureusement que le portillon est ouvert afin d’accéder à la borne et de pouvoir finaliser la réservation, j’ai quand même dû laisser mon 2 roues à l’extérieur le temps de faire cette fameuse finalisation de réservation donc pas top.

Pros:

Parfait lorsque vous êtes très fatigués et qu’il faut trouver où dormir.

Cons:

Aucun personnel sur place pour le Check-in. Nous sommes arrivés à minuit, nous avons eu de la chance que quelqu’un passe à ce moment là devant le portail pour nous ouvrir , pour pouvoir arriver à la borne automatique. La première chambre qui nous a été donné sentait très mauvais le cannabis nous avons dû demander à changer de chambre
