Location was great for exploring Paris. Handy to Metro and RER. Breakfast was great at €12 (even though service guide stated €10).
Location was good for access to attractions, particularly Notre Dame, hearing the bells ring was amazing. However, the room was extremely noisy both day and night due to traffic, sirens, people yelling during the early hours of the morning, etc. Was difficult to sleep.
Lift is very small and rickety, didn’t feel safe in it so we used the stairs up and down to level 5. Room was small but quirky.
It’s within walking distance of everything if u can go to the Notre dame before 930 little queues.
There are steps up to reception so be aware, however reception staff brilliant. They will also hold your luggage for you as your room is only ready at check-in.
Location was great. Staff are friendly and room is basic but comfortable.
Stairs as you enter. We’re in our late 60’s and had to carry our bags up two flights of steps. There was noon to help. Lift to room floors is very small. We squeezed in with our bags.

The location was fantastic- couldn’t have been better. The cleaner was excellent and the beds very comfortable.
The room was very small with restricted access to 1 side of the bed. The shower was inadequate.

Die Lage war super. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes. Mussten wir zusätzlich bezahlen. Der Ausblick vom Frühstücks-
zimmer, war aber sensationell.
Negativ waren die Treppe hinauf zur Rezeption. Kein Aufzug. Also nichts für Fußkranke.

Nelle ore di punta il traffico in strada sotto l'Hotel è assordante ma i vetri riescono comunque ad attutire il rumore.

Idk it felt wet in the room… like someone peed in the room… I don’t know it didn’t feel very clean but I would bare it to stay on the location.
We were upgraded and got the room with a view of Notre Dame. It was FABULOUS! It’s a very unique and quirky hotel I’d describe as boutique and we loved it!
No elevator to the second floor for check in, BUT the front desk woman helped us. It is a bit noisy at night so bring earplugs BUT the view was worth it (at least for one night).

Very confined spaces, even the entry and stairway was hard to get through. Room was dark and dingy, horrible ghastly decor with carpeted walls - all gray and black and dark carpet that looked like cobblestone. No real shower - had a hand held shower head in a bathtub and you couldn’t even stand up because it was a half shower curtain. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. The “Courtyard View” room I booked was a window directly over the entire ventilation system equipment, no natural light coming into the room. Room was wedge-shaped and the 2 twin beds could not be separated. On a very busy road with lots of noise. Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
