Sehr schönes Hotel, super Lage. Direkt am Stadtguertel, man kann wunderbar, alles zu Fuss erkunden. Innenstadt 2 Minuten zu Fuss.

Peut-être trop de chauffage et un sèche serviettes mal placé dans la salle de bain ?
Lieu excellent, proche de tout, hôtel très confortable
Tous les équipements sanitaires sont affreux. La douche n’a aucun débit si bien qu’il est difficile de se rincer, les toilettes nécessitent de tirer la chasse 4 fois et les robinets n’ont pas de vanne mélangeuse, il est trop très difficile de régler la température rapidement et correctement… et tout cela dans une des meilleures suites.

La ubicación y la habitación amplia, cómoda, moderna y silenciosa. Nos hicieron un upgrade a junior suite.
Los servicios de la recepción están un poco viejos y la temperatura de la habitación era fría y no conseguimos calentarla.

La chambre était un peu petite par rapport à la catégorie de l'hôtel.
This hotel was well appointed and charming. The location is within easy walking distance of the main sights in Strasbourg. The breakfast was tasty and the breakfast room quite pretty. The staff not only took care of all of our questions, but made sure that coming by car - for our short get-away weekend - was not a problem. We would definitely stay here again.
