Pros:

It’s reasonably close to the European quarter but there is absolutely nothing around the hotel, just a rather busy street

Cons:

The hotel is rather shabby, there are still old carpets in the rooms and I could feel that these rooms used to be smoking rooms.

Good 3 day stay for work!
Pros:

Close to town and where I had to be for work, bus and tram close by. Room was simple but comfortable. Very nice shower and clean. Decent breakfast. Great for a business trip!

Cons:

The room was a little outdated - but still comfy! Also the faucet in the bathroom sink - it came out too far and was inconvenient when washing your face!

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit, gerne kommen wir ein viertes Mal zurück!
Pros:

Tolles Hotel, sehr sauber und die Lage ist auch super! Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr nett und die Kommunikation war sehr einfach.

Cons:

Das einzige was evtl. zu bemängeln wäre, ist die Größe des Aufzuges.

Très déçu pour un hôtel Best Western
Pros:

La disponibilité. Nous avons pu réserver à la dernière minute

Cons:

1. Les murs sont trop fins nous n’avons pas réussi à dormir tellement c’était bruyant on entendait les voisins
2. Les escaliers qui sont vraiment trop étroits
3. La propreté mes enfants sont tombés sur un préservatif au milieu du couloir
4. Le petit déjeuner qui est onéreux était vraiment de mauvaises qualité. De plus la salle était pleine et une seule employée travaillait ce qui était clairement pas suffisant

Je n’ai pas pris le petit déjeuner, l’emplacement était intéressant pour moi car il était près de l’appartement de mes amis
Il y avait une fontaine d’eau où on pourrait avoir de l’eau pétillante ou de l’eau fraîche ou de l’eau à température ambiante c’était sympa, mais en fait il manquait un petit frigidaire dans la chambre

Für zwei Nächte in Ordnung, keine Erholung und in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns, dass die Frau die das Frühstück zubereitet sehr sehr freundlich ist! Und gefallen hat uns auch, dass es einen Wasserspender an der Rezeption gibt und man sich jederzeit Wasser holen kann.

Cons:

Wir wurden zunächst in ein Zimmer gebracht, das nach Schimmel gerochen hat . Zimmer 366, als ich in den Schrank schaute, war dort ein Wasserschaden. Es tropfte Wasser von der Decke und der Teppich war nass. An der Rezeption sagte ein Mitarbeiter: Es ist die Klimaanlage und das war es. Ich wollte dort nicht bleiben. Eine andere Mitarbeiterin hat mir dann angeboten das Zimmer zu wechseln. Das zweite Zimmer war besser. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer zwei war gut und hatte auch ein moderne Badezimmer, aber ich habe mich verarscht gefühlt, dass man uns erst so ein schlechtes Zimmer angeboten hat und keiner sich das Problem ansehen wollte.

Super Lage, sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war gut, tolle Sache mit dem frischen Tee.

Cons:

Kein Bier an der Bar und beim Frühstück gab es auch Dinge, wie z. B. Haferflocken, die ausgegangen sind. Schade, dass es im Zimmer kein Kühlschrank gibt.

Hôtel agréable avec du personnel souriant et agréable
Pros:

La chambre spacieuse avec une douche porte pour ne pas entendre le passage des gens dans le couloir

Cons:

L'absence de cotons démaquillants.
Et surtout le bruit des moteurs de clim situés sur la terrasse devant la chambre (chambre 1er étage)
