The location could not be better. The hotel is charming, the rooms are comfortable. We have been staying at La Fonda for at least 40 years.

Perfect location and the perfect bec
Pros:

The room was comfortable with a huge bed which had the best mattress ever.

Cons:

There were no porters at all to help us with our luggage , no staff to be seen around the lobby apart from one receptionist behind the desk during our 5 night stay.
