Pros:

The staff was very polite and they even made it possible to have an early check-in was I arrived earlier. The location is very close to the city center and everything is in walking distance. The breakfast has quite of options. Generally I'm very satisfied with the service.

Pros:

The room was medium-sized, bright, clean, and offered a good view, though it lacked a balcony. Breakfast was excellent, featuring a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. The restaurant was spacious; even on days when it was quite busy, there was still plenty of room for everyone. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk from the city center and all the city's landmarks.

Cons:

The hotel pointed out a parking option for my vehicle, but the price list was a bit "scary". Fortunately, there is a public parking lot, "Tivolska Cesta," right behind the hotel. The rates there are far more reasonable, the lot is large, and I always found a good spot.

Pros:

Brilliant hotel with perfect location. Reception staff were excellent & gave us an upgrade for my husbands birthday, could not have been any nicer. Really good breakfast.

Pros:

La struttura ha delle camere grandi, letto moolto comodo e lo saff super gentile. La colazione è eccezionale per quanto riguarda la preparazione e la scelta del salato.

Cons:

Poca scelta della colazione dolce. Peccato per la pulizia e lo stato il cui si trova il bagno ( a cui ho dimenticato di fare la foto). Il doccino non è fissato bene e fuoriesce l'acqua dalle giunture. Inoltre il lavabo è inguardabile, totalmente rovinato dal calcare ..davvero mal tenuto. Reputo inaccettabile quel bagno e di conseguenza quel prezzo per una struttura " a 4 stelle"!
