Disappointig.
Pros:

decent value for money.

Cons:

Strange location. Hard to find, difficult to get to, too many homeless near hotel. I was asked if I wanted daily service. I said yes. I stayed 4 days and did not get a bed made, no fresh towels, no toilet paper, coffee cups, sugar replenished.

El hotel en si y las instalaciones estan muy bien, es moderno, tranquilo, y el personal amable. Aun así no me gustó la z
Pros:

El alojamiento es acojedor y muy limpio, el personal es amable y las instalaciones modernas. En cuanto a ubicación se puede decir que está en el centro de San Francisco, aunque el centro es una zona que está fatal y donde me sentí bastante insegura.

Cons:

Aunque es céntrico no me ha gustado la zona, por la noche no se puede salir y por el día tienes que tener mucho cuidado. Tampoco me parece bien que te cobren 150$ por dejar el coche tres noches en un parking, teniendo en cuenta que el centro de san francisco está muy mal en cuanto a criminalidad y drogas. La habitación es pequeña aunque para dos está bien, pero la pica del baño es minuscula, no te puedes ni lavar la cara.

Pros:

el cuarto bastante comodo, está bien ubicado, y en tema de calidad precio está bastante bien.

Cons:

no me gustó que vendan todas las amenities, y sobretodo tan caras. la calle quizas puede ser medio fea en la noche, sobre todo porque en una esquina de esa cuadra, es bastante oscuro cerca al puente y caminar por ahi es bastante desagrable, pero para evitar ese es caminar siempre por el sentido contrario y no hay inconvenientes.
