Room was clean and spacious. There were two tv in the room. Neither works.
There were two televisions neither worked.
We stayed in the two bedroom king suite. We liked the size of the room, and it was clean and as pictured. We liked having the multiple bathrooms in each suite, which gave all 6 of our family members plenty of options and space.
While the room was clean, there were some things in need of repair or in need of replacement that could have increased the feel of the room.
Very roomy, great pool hours (open til midnight), staff was great.
The only thing I can say negative which was a little inconvenient was that the microwave in our unit didn’t work but they weren’t aware we just used the microwave in the lobby which wasn’t a huge deal.
That we had a double king bed room. That was awesome

Overall the place is tired and needs a refresh. Scuffed walls and doors. Breakfast was almost non existent. Hot and cold water were reversed on the shower.
I booked this hotel without looking at reviews because I’ve had good experiences with Residence Inn but this hotel is barely functioning. No hot breakfast because the dishwasher wasn’t working and they had no idea when it would get fixed. But they still had plates out? Ew - no idea how those were getting cleaned. The fruit looked like it had been out for awhile. The front desk computer wasn’t working so we had to get a new room key each day. The kitchenette wasn’t stocked like it normally is. The toilet in our room kept clogging up because the water pressure was so weak. In general the hotel is rundown and in need of a complete makeover. I would not book here again.
Location was great. The breakfast was good. The room was GREAT!!
On Bookings.com it said that there was a hot tub but when we arrived we were told that there wasn’t one. We were SO looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub at the end of a long drive, we were disappointed. We tried the pool but it was just too cold to stay in it.
The staff was very helpful and quick to answer questions.
Breakfast could’ve been hotter. More options for hot sauce (why just chalula?), there was spilled rice in a hallway next to ours that wasn’t vacuumed up for 2 days.

Not the best experience! The hotel is pretty ran down…that’s not the worst part about our visit. In less than 24 hours the staff has entered multiple times (without communication or telling us that maintenance would be done). As two females traveling by ourselves, we find this very off putting. I went to talk to the front desk staff. The assistant manager Nat Mason was not helpful not friendly and did not seem to care about customer service one bit. Definitely will not be back. I asked if they were going to continue to come and go throughout our stay, I would like a refund and we would be happy to go somewhere else.
I liked the two separate rooms(bedroom, living room) and the kitchen area.
The TVs in our room were outdated. My in laws stayed across from us and there’s were bigger and newer. There was a large hole/rip in the carpet
