Room was spacious, clean and nice to find black out curtains. Plenty of parking.
There was nothing in room about breskfast facilties, only take out breakfast. No info on check in.
I could have asked at reception.
I do not drink tea or coffee so took own bottle water. Would have been nice to have the option to buy a bottle of water or have one in the roomas no Close shop.
Stayed here previously.. the bed is huge and room is spacious..the bar is also top notch..in short, fabulous 👌

Looks and feels very tired and old. Needs freshening up. Carpets appear severely old and worn.
I have been coming to this hotel for over 30 yrs and used the venue for training. Since new ownership it has vastly improved, bathroom new. Very clean. Bed comfortable. Evening food good quality and cooked well. Bar staff and breakfast lady were friendly and polite. Only needed a bed for the night on my way north and would choose this hotel again for its convenience to Motorway and that I am familiar with surroundings.
I arrived in a heatwave, so could have done with being able to open the windows wider.
Steps may cause a problem for someone with disabilities.
Could have an extra dimmer light in bathroom, as not always want a full glare.
Brilliant room with two large twin beds overlooking the car park. Television, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities etc.
We didn't have breakfast as we needed to make an early start.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows and duvet were nice too. I slept extremely well. Dinner was delicious. The location was great as the hotel is so near to the motorway. We would definitely stay here again.
No problems at all, everything was great.
Maybe there could be two glasses and a bottle of water (there were two plastic glasses in the bathroom), as well tea and coffee etc and more channels on the TV.
Friendly, helpful staff, good sized room, comfy bed and lovely clean bathroom. I stayed here while attending a festival nearby and found myself coming back early as I liked my room so much 😊
