Staff very friendly and helpful
We've stayed here before, so we knew what to expect: we were not disappointed. The breakfast was delicious, especially the sausages! The room was clean and the dinner (pizza in our case) was also very tasty. The location is convenient for Cadbury World!
The property has quite a few short stair cases going up and down, which makes moving heavy suitcases more difficult than it ought to be.

Quality of accommodation exceeded my expectations for the price. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Restaurant evening service was accurate and efficient and prices were good. Excellent meal.
There was a large party event on for the evening of my arrival. Absolutely no noise reached my room.
Breakfast service was slow but the room was very busy and the limited staff were working hard and doing their best. Breakfast, when it arrived, was excellent and good value for money. Unfortunately, I could get neither mobile nor wi-fi service in the breakfast area and so could not use the waiting time usefully - had I known, I would have taken a book to read!

I know fire is a risk but the doors were really fierce particularly the one going into the room
I liked this particular hotel very much because of its older style. The location is good in a nice area and not far from the motorway.
