Pros:

Doesn't matter if i book through you, i pay their price. Ran my credit card without authorization and it denied because I locked it. I was standing at the front desk, my phone dinged, and it alerted me. I didn't use that card to pay that day.

Pros:

The suites were roomy, plenty of space!

Cons:

Room was not clean. One of the chairs had food crumbs in it, refrigerator was not cleaned in the inside, cabinets were dirty on the outside, bedside lamps were broken, toilet paper holder was broken, wall large picture was broken and hid behind the couch and the room had Roaches!

There was a used needle in the bathroom of room 523 and there were also cockroaches in rooms 522 and 523. They lock the front door at 11pm with no way out unless they buzz you out

Horrible
Pros:

Nothing, my TV didnt work, told front desk the night I got there, was told it would be fixed but never was, there were burn marks from cigarettes on the bed and blanket, I had no hot water to shower with.

Probably the most expensive craphole in Tulsa.
Pros:

The room was mostly clean and filled with amenities. The bathroom looked newly remodeled.

Cons:

The hallway on our floor smelt like drugs cooking... The stay totalled $430 just for 3 nights because of the insane pet fee. The elevator up/down indicator light barely worked half the time which is concerning. "Breakfast" consists of some coffee that runs out so fast, bananas, and hot water for tea bags. Sugar also ran out.
