タバコ臭がひどくなければ、快適でした。

立地がよい、9Fのコインランドリー、無料の製氷機、

Cons:

Booking.comで格安で予約したものの、喫煙部屋が前提、禁煙から8年、タバコに耐性があるものの、匂いがきつすぎる。持ち込んだ未使用の着替えにタバコの臭いが染みつきました。バスルームのカーテンのアンモニア臭、玄関口の蛍光灯の悪さ、日々のメンテナンスができていれば、抑えられたとおもいます。
