Important information:

Half-board or full-board does not include drinks. In the low season, depending on the services, the buffet can be replaced by a menu.

Half-board or full-board options can only be used on the day of departure upon request to the establishment. They cannot be modified during special events such as New Year's Eve or Valentine's Day without a supplement for the Gala.

To expedite the check-in process and ensure a worry-free stay, the hotel may charge the total amount 48 hours before your arrival date for stays of 3 nights or less. If you do not show up, only one night will be charged, and the price of two nights will be refunded. For non-refundable reservations, 100% of the stay will be charged, and it cannot be modified or cancelled without a full penalty.

Due to special gala events, dinner service will be unavailable in the hotel cafeteria on 24 and 31 December (every year) and 14 February 2026. Room service will be available until 18:00.

The Roof Top and Boga may be closed for private events. Access to the Roof Top may vary throughout the year and is subject to availability upon request.

The rooftop pool is warm to provide a pleasant temperature, but it is not a heated pool.

Buena estancia con niños.
Pros:

Muy buenas instalaciones. El trato del personal ha sido muy bueno y el buffet excelente. La playa está a menos de 10 minutos andando. Había actividades para niños por la mañana y tarde. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable.

Good place to stay. No direct beach access but a 10 min walk to the beach is fine.
Pros:

Good size room, comfy shower. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Very comfortable beds even though my "king size bed" was just two twin beds. LOVED the pillow menu! I was able to request exactly the pillow i liked.
Good option for breakfast. Nice options for pool / relaxing with "family" pool on the ground level, and more quiet rooftop pool and bar for adults.

Cons:

The restaurant did not offer an a la carte option, only buffet at fixed price. The bar offers limited food menu that is fine in the short run. The gym only has one bench for freeweights, so if there are two people working out, one is forced to wait. One extra bench would be great.

Pros:

De gym, ruime kleedkamers en sporten. Bij zwembad altijd bedjes beschikbaar. Eten bij foodtruck goed.

Aesthetically faultless, mixed customer service.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were nice and the room was pleasant. The facilities were faultless, the gym, sauna, pool, rooftop bar and pool were very nice. Great interior decor as well. Fairly close to tram stop and the beach.

Cons:

I had such a mixed experience with customer service, some stafff were really sweet but a few times, especially by certain individuals it felt like we were being treated like second class, either left to one side to wait indefinitely while they help other customers when they were just serving us, speaking negatively in spanish literally in front of you and/or just outrightly dissmissed/ignored on purpose as they go about their job as if it's a power trip or some bias and even preventing others from helping me. The only reason I won't give this a lower review is the fact that I don't want a few bad eggs to ruin the pot. I will not stay here again. Ruined my birthday trip.
